A Bill to Recognize More Crimes

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: The following crimes shall hereby be declared illegal, and can and will result in punishment if committed: Grand Theft Auto, Carjacking, Interfering with an Officer, Trespassing, Loitering on private or government property, Burglary, Robbery, Armed Robbery, Bank Robbery, Assault, Battery, Failure to appear in court, Jailbreak, Conspiracy to commit a crime, Involuntary Manslaughter.

SECTION 2: Any person caught committing these crimes can and will be tried in a Firestone court of law for proper punishment.

SECTION 2A: Grand Theft Auto shall be defined as: the robbery of one’s vehicle by someone else.

SECTION 2B: Carjacking shall be defined as: the forced robbery of one’s vehicle by someone else.

SECTION 2C: Interfering with an Officer shall be defined as: committing any sort of action that distracts, interferes, or endangers an Officer in the State of Firestone.

SECTION 2D: Trespassing shall be defined as: entering government or private property without permission or consent from the owner, or by not meeting approved requirements to enter an area.

SECTION 2E: Loitering on private or government property shall be defined as: continuously staying in a specific area that is either government or private property after being asked to leave by proper security of government property, or by the owner of private property.

SECTION 2F: Burglary shall be defined as: the action of breaking and entering into someone’s residence or business and committing a crime, usually stealing/theft.

SECTION 2G: Robbery shall be defined as: committing the action of stealing/theft to someone else.

SECTION 2H: Armed Robbery shall be defined as: committing the action of stealing/theft to someone else by means of endangerment to the victim’s wellbeing.

SECTION 2I: Bank Robbery shall be defined as: committing the action of stealing/committing theft to a bank in the State of Firestone.

SECTION 2J: Assault shall be defined as: the action of striking upon someone else (attacking) with premeditation and malice.

SECTION 2K: Battery shall be defined as: the action of striking upon someone else (attacking) with malice.

SECTION 2L: Failure to appear in court shall be defined as: someone who is summonsed to court by means of a Judge’s letter and does not show, or someone who does not show up to court by order of a Subpoena.

SECTION 2M: Jailbreak shall be defined as: the act and crime of successfully escaping prison as an inmate.

SECTION 2N: Conspiracy to commit a crime shall be defined as: any sort of premeditation a person may have to conduct a crime.

SECTION 2O: Involuntary Manslaughter shall be defined as: someone who is forced to commit the crime of manslaughter by someone else.

SECTION 2P: the term Subpoena shall be defined as: a court order made by the presiding Justice of a case demanding a specific person show up to court on the date and time mentioned in the message.

SECTION 3: This piece of legislation shall be overseen by the office of the Governor, and enforced by all law enforcement agencies of the State of Firestone as well as the Firestone Courts.

SECTION 4: Upon passing both chambers of the State of Firestone Congress, and being signed into law by the Governor, this legislation shall go into effect immediately.

SECTION 5: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
