A Bill to Establish Community Service for Inmates
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
PREAMBLE: This bill is being presented in order to help the activity of prison inmates and to give them the option to learn and become a better citizen within the State of Firestone.
SECTION 1A: The Department of Corrections and Department of Public Works shall work side by side during a community service program. This program requires at least four (4) Department of Public Works employee’s specialized in the community service program and two (2) Department of Corrections works specialized in this program with an additional 2 SERT operatives on scene or on standby. After the initial four (4) prisoners, for every two (2) prisoners there shall be two (2) Department of Corrections & Department of Public Works employee’s on scene with an additional one (1) SERT operative on standby or on scene.
SECTION 1B: The program can only be done only if the Department of Public Works Secretary and Department of Corrections Warden agree. Both parties must be present in order to begin programs. In the event some leaves, The program is to be immediately ended and inmates to be sent back to the Correctional Facility.
SECTION 1C: The Department of Public Works shall be in charge of teaching the inmates about picking up trash and following basic laws. This in addition to rules needed to be followed must be taught before each program within a Department of Corrections secure common room.
SECTION 1D: The program may not operate within the city limits of any city or town. The program is encouraged to stay on the 401 1000 studs away from the entrance of Prominence. The Department of Corrections is authorized to leave the facility and not stay within their respective jurisdiction until the program is over.
SECTION 1E: This program may only be used if a judge sentences someone to community service. If the convicted person doesn’t complete the community service within 30 days, then the convicted person will be sentenced to jail time at the discretion of the courts.The program may only run for a max time of 120 minutes or 2 hours starting the time when the inmate leaves the main Department of Corrections gate. This program may only occur once a week.
SECTION 1F: In the event a prisoner tries to escape, the program is to be ended and all inmates sent back to the Correctional Facility. The prisoner that escaped shall be charged with jailbreak and barred from being apart of the community service program.
SECTION 1G: Any other procedures or protocols may be added to this list either by the Warden of Corrections or Secretary of Public Works in order to keep Firestone safe or to maximize efficiency.

SECTION 2C: A Department of Corrections Secure Room shall be defined as the prisoner’s lounge (Screenshot by Lightshot).
SECTION 2D: Jailbreak shall be defined as (A Bill to Recognize More Crimes).
SECTION 3: The Department of Corrections and Department of Public Works shall enforce this legislation.
SECTION 4: This legislation shall go into effect two (2) weeks after passing in order to allow the Department of Corrections and Department of Public works time to create the needed divisions and material for the program.
SECTION 5: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
