A bill to amend “A bill to Recognize More Crimes” [2]


PREAMBLE: Harassment is constantly happening to civilians, government officials, First responders, LEA’s, and others. It is time this has ended.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS* HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1.

(a) Section 1 of “A bill to Recognize More Crimes” shall be amended along with Section 2Q being added

(b) A bill to Recognize More Crimes shall be defined as: A Bill to Recognize More Crimes

SECTION 2.

(a) Section 1 currently states: The following crimes shall hereby be declared illegal, and can and will result in punishment if committed: Grand Theft Auto, Carjacking, Interfering with an Officer, Trespassing, Loitering on private or government property, Burglary, Robbery, Armed Robbery, Bank Robbery, Assault, Battery, Failure to appear in court, Jailbreak, Conspiracy to commit a crime, Involuntary Manslaughter.

SECTION 3.

(a) Section 1 shall now state: The following crimes shall hereby be declared illegal, and can and will result in punishment if committed: Grand Theft Auto, Carjacking, Interfering with an Officer, Trespassing, Loitering on private or government property, Burglary, Robbery, Armed Robbery, Bank Robbery, Assault, Battery, Failure to appear in court, Jailbreak, Conspiracy to commit a crime, Involuntary Manslaughter, Harassment.

SECTION 4.

(a) Section 2Q shall be added to “A bill to Recognize More Crimes”

SECTION 5.

(a) Section 2Q shall state what Section 5B (of this bill) says

(b) Section 2Q: Harassment shall be defined as: disturbing, pestering, or troubling repeatedly; this can include but it not limited to: threats, and demands.

(b) Harassment shall be considered a misdemeanor for 1st time offenses and the violator shall be jailed for no more than 300 seconds and no less than 150 seconds. Harassment shall be considered a felony for 2nd+ time offenses and the violator shall be jailed for no more than 750 seconds and no less than 450 seconds.

SECTION 6: This legislation shall go into effective immediately after passage from both chambers, and simultaneously being signed by the Governor.

SECTION 7: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
