A Bill to Re-define Conspiracy to Commit a Crime
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: “ A Bill to Re-define Conspiracy to Commit a crime” shall be established.
SECTION 2: Conspiracy to Commit a crime shall be defined as ‘’ The action of planning a crime beforehand with intent ‘’
SECTION 3: Conspiracy to Commit a Crime shall be considered a misdemeanour.
SECTION 3A: Any person who commits the act of conspiracy to commit a crime shall be arrested for one-hundred (100) seconds to five-hundred (500) seconds.
SECTION 4: Any Law Enforcement Agency with the power to arrest shall enforce this legislation.
SECTION 5: Section 2N of ‘A Bill to Recognize More Crimes’ is hereby declared null and void.
Section 5A: ‘A Bill to Recognize More Crimes’ shall be defined as; A Bill to Recognize More Crimes
SECTION 6: Upon passage from the State of Firestone Congress this legislation shall go into effect immediately.
