This is gonna be a short and sweet suggestion, but I would like to make it anyway, even if it gets disregarded, it is worth asking for anyway.
I have recently been told that making an F-150 for DPW is as easy as taking the FDOA one, changing the logo and the group locks.
Having knowing this, for the sake of a developer taking 5-10 minutes of time, it will create infinitely more roleplay opportunities for us, some listed are giving newer employees a whole new vehicle to drive, allowing us to create an entire new service for employees to run, among many other things for mass shifts as well as just redefining normal operations rather than just sweeping.

Support. I donât know one DPW in real life that doesnât have trucks in their fleet.

What does DPW lack? Actually, let me correct that.
What DOESNâT DPW lack?
DPW is a department that, besides the occasional patches and updates, is practically ignored.
Today, FedoraMasterB98 updated V2 so that all departments had their new, V3 logos on them. Did we get our new logo? Did we?!
hello! so i am former dpw public employee x2, former dpw training division deputy director (full time hicomm position) and current dpw public employee. heres something we REALLY need.
pickups! we had them before, but for some reason they were removed. this would be very useful so we dont have to use the administration tahoe, which in theroy canât fit as much as the dpw pickups. it also looks way hotter and more realistic so we donât drive tahoes around everywhere just to transport supplies.

When I think of DPW I think of people who water the plants of a city. So I think DPW should get some water trucks and maybe add more plants around the citys.[image] [image]
focus on other departments that are emergency agencies in v2 that need fixes before focusing on secondaries such as DPW/DOT.
I think giving DPW responsibility to upkeep the actual roadway would be great, but if theyâre responsible for road lines they should get some better training. Also, I dont like the entire concept of DPW as of right now; garbage trucks should be accessible to all employees and there should be a 1:1 ratio of garbage trucks to sweepers.
Also, please not a new department for the forests. DPW doesnât have much to do and it would be great if there arenât too many unnecessary departments.

Okay so, pretty basic suggestion for DPW.
Apparently there is already side loaders in V2, but just never implemented.
It would be a great addition to DPW and V2 in my opinion.
After working in DPW for a few days, there are a few small things that would be able to GREATLY improve our role-play!
Sponge: Add a sponge for employees to use when cleaning windows, vehicles, etc⌠We do a lot of cleaning in our job and the broom doesnât always suffice.
Hose: Add a hose for us to spray down roads, clean vehicles, clean windows, etc⌠Again, we do a lot of cleaning in our job and this would improve our role-play.
Bucket: Add a bucket for us to carry things in such as sudsy wâŚ

Okay, since I have seen a few new changes to V2 I would like to suggest a few small things for DPW.
More cones: 5 cones is not enough, for a department based solely off roleplay, I think we should get more tools for it.
Reversable STOP/GO signs like DOT have for traffic control.
Fixing the dumpsters that donât spawn.
I personally donât think this is a big ask (tell me otherwise, it only seems like some code has to be edited slightly), and this will greatly increase roleplay quality for our deâŚ

canât you guys âcreate infinitely moreâ roleplay opportunities with your tahoe? i donât see how adding another vehicle will create more roleplay opportunities, just use vehicles you already have.

its an admin tahoe 1. and 2. it canât hold as many rp supplies as a pickup.

i dont see how a f150 can be such a significnat change for roleplay opportunities when you already have a tahoe. no hate but it doesnât make sense to me

put the seats in the tahoe down, store them in storage boxes etc.

would be easier to dupe the f150 from FDOA, change the logo and group locks, 5 minute job for the founders which creates a whole new service and a crap load of roleplay opportunities
