When I think of DPW I think of people who water the plants of a city. So I think DPW should get some water trucks and maybe add more plants around the citys.

Also I thought this was the Mosquito Control thread, either way I still believe it would be DPW’s job, as Parks and Services is the Park Rangers, last I checked they don’t water plants.

If you look at real life public work departments, you see that public works is normally the main entity involved, however unfortunately it appears that has been taken over by DOBW
edit: there is no hate intended to DOBW in this message, it is just a personal opinion
