Private Business Owner Protection Act of 2019
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1A: Private business owners approved by the Department of Commerce with property shall be allowed to tell who can and can not enter their property. However, if a warrant is issued, it is of requirement that the business owner allow any law enforcement officer in accordance with the warrant to properly execute said warrant, in accordance with the constitution. This law applies to all government departments.
SECTION 1B: Failure to leave the property after being asked shall be âTrespassingâ as defined in âA Bill to Recognize More Crimesâ.
SECTION 2A: The Department of Commerce shall be defined as; Firestone Department of Commerce - Roblox
SECTION 2B: âPrivate business approvedâ shall be defined as having a certification given by the Department of Commerce that is valid.
SECTION 3: The Department of Commerce and all other departments with the power to arrest and cite shall enforce this legislation.
SECTION 4: Upon passage from both chambers of Congress and signed by the governor, this legislation shall go into effect immediately.
