An Amendment to “Private Business Owner Protection Act of 2019”

BE IT ENACTED THAT THE FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: The Private Business Owner Protection Act of 2019 shall be amended

SECTION 1A: The Private Business Owner Protection Act of 2019 shall be defined as: Private Business Owner Protection Act of 2019

SECTION 2: Section 1A of the Private Business Owner Protection Act of 2019 currently reads: Private business owners approved by the Department of Commerce with property shall be allowed to tell who can and can not enter their property. However, if a warrant is issued, it is of requirement that the business owner allow any law enforcement officer in accordance with the warrant to properly execute said warrant, in accordance with the constitution. This law applies to all government departments.

SECTION 2A: Section 1A of the Private Business Owner Protection Act of 2019 shall now read: Private business owners approved by the Department of Commerce with property shall be allowed to tell who can and can not enter their property. The owner of a business, as listed by the Department of Commerce, or a delegate authorized by the business owner in writing, may restrict, suspend access, allow, or otherwise maintain who may and may not enter their licensed property. However, if a warrant is issued, it is of requirement that the business owner allow any law enforcement officer in accordance with the warrant to properly execute said warrant, in accordance with the constitution.This law applies to all government departments.

SECTION 3: This Legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passing both chambers of Congress.
