Private Business Protection Act of 2019

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

Section 1: Title, Effective Date, and Enforcement

A) This bill shall be known as “A Bill to Protect Private Businesses”.

B) This bill shall become effective upon passing both chambers of Congress and signed by the Governor.

C) This bill shall be enforced by the Department of Commerce and the Firestone Courts.

Section 2: Definitions

A) Hereinafter, the Department of Commerce shall be defined as; Department of Commerce.

B) Hereinafter, the Firestone Courts shall be defined as; Firestone Courts

C) Hereinafter, “Private business approved” shall be defined as having a certification given by the Department of Commerce that is valid.

D) “Commerce Business Policies” shall be defined as; Commerce Business Policies.

E) “Private Business Owner Protection Act of 2019” shall be defined as; Private Business Owner Protection Act of 2019.

F) “Failure to Comply” shall be defined as; Failure to Comply

G) Security officers shall be defined as; anyone the business hires and labels as “security.”

Section 3: Nullifications

A) The “Private Business Owner Protection Act of 2019” shall be declared null and void.

Section 4: Business Protection & Regulations

A) All businesses must be registered with the Department of Commerce.

B) All businesses must abide by “Commerce Business Policies”.

C) Private businesses approved by the Department of Commerce with property shall be allowed to tell who can and can not enter their property. However, if a warrant is issued, it is of requirement that the business allow any law enforcement officer in accordance with the warrant to properly execute said warrant, in accordance with the constitution. This law applies to all government departments.

D) The security officers of that business may regulate who can enter that property, however, must comply with law enforcement personnel if presented with a search warrant.

E) Any business employee unwilling to comply to an active warrant shall be charged with “Failure to Comply.”

F) Any subject found to be attempting to damage a private business’s reputation/property shall make said business eligible for a lawsuit against said subject, in which, if found guilty, they will be punished accordingly by the Courts.
