A Bill to Fix Trespassing and Loitering

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1A.1: Chapter 3, Section 9 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be created and state Ҥ8 - Trespassing".

SECTION 1A.2: Chapter 3, Section 9, subsection a of the Firestone Criminal Code shall state, “(a) Trespassing shall be recognized as an unlawful criminal offense in the State of Firestone.”

SECTION 1A.3: Chapter 3, Section 9, subsection b of the Firestone Criminal Code shall state, “(b) Trespassing shall be defined as the following:”

SECTION 1A.4: Chapter 3, Section 9, subsection b1 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall state, “Entering into the areas marked in red in this screenshot without proper clearance from authorized personnel of the Department of Homeland Security and/or one of the Governor’s."

SECTION 1A.5: Chapter 3, Section 9, subsection b2 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall state, “(b2) Entering into the areas marked in red in this screenshot without proper clearance from authorized personnel of the Firestone National Guard."

SECTION 1A.6: Chapter 3, Section 9, subsection b3 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall state, “(b3) Entering into the areas marked in red in this screenshot without proper clearance from authorized personnel of the Firestone Department of Corrections."

SECTION 1A.7: Chapter 3, Section 9, subsection b4 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall state, “(b4) Entering into the areas marked in red in this screenshot without proper clearance from authorized personnel of the Department of Homeland Security or one of the founders.”

SECTION 1A.8: Chapter 3, Section 9, subsection b5 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall state, “(b5)Entering into the areas marked in red in this screenshot without proper clearance from authorized personnel of the Department of Public Works.”

SECTION 1A.9: Chapter 3, Section 9, subsection b5 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall state, “(b6) Entering into the Capitol Building’s designated bunker and congressional chamber floors without proper authorization from congressional leadership or authorized personnel of the Department of Homeland Security.”

SECTION 1B.1: Chapter 3, Section 9, subsection b7 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall state, “(b7)Entering into the areas marked in red in this screenshot without proper clearance from authorized personnel of the Stapleton County Fire Department."

SECTION 1B.2: Chapter 3, Section 9, subsection c1 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall state, “(c1) Authorized personnel shall be defined as a member of a department that is not a trainee rank, or is suspended/on administrative leave.”

SECTION 1B.3: Chapter 3, Section 9, subsection c2 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall state, “(c2) Law enforcement and/or the Firestone National Guard shall have authorized lethal force if an individual(s) performs any of the actions listed in Chapter 3, Section 9, subsections b1, b2, b3, and b4. Unauthorized law enforcement and/or unauthorized members of the Firestone National Guard shall not be exempted from restricted area laws.

SECTION 2: Trespassing shall be a Class A felony and the penalty for this offense shall be 300 seconds in a correctional facility on arrest.

SECTION 3A.1: Chapter 3, Section 10, of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be created and state “§9 - Loitering”

SECTION 3A.2” Chapter 3, Section 10, subsection a of the Firestone Criminal Code shall state, "(a) Loitering at a Restricted Area shall be recognized as an unlawful criminal offense in the State of Firestone.”

SECTION 3A.3: Chapter 3, Section 10, subsection b of the Firestone Criminal Code shall state, “(b) Loitering at a Restricted Area shall be defined as the following for each restricted area:”

SECTION 3A.4: Chapter 3, Section 10, subsection b1 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall state, “(b1) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot for a time of more than 15 seconds without proper clearance to do so from authorized personnel of the Firestone Department of Homeland Security and/or one of the Governor’s."

SECTION 3A.5: Chapter 3, Section 10, subsection b2 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall state, “(b2) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot without proper clearance to do so from authorized personnel of the Firestone Department of Homeland Security and/or one of the founders."

SECTION 3A.6: Chapter 3, Section 10, subsection b3 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall state, “(b3) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot without proper clearance to do so from authorized personnel of the Firestone National Guard."

SECTION 3A.7: Chapter 3, Section 10, subsection b4 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall state, “(b4) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot and refusing to leave when asked to leave without proper clearance to do so from authorized personnel of the Firestone Department of Corrections."

SECTION 3A.8: Chapter 3, Section 10, subsection b5 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall state, “(b5) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot and refusing to leave when asked to leave without proper clearance to do so from the Firestone Department of Public Works"

SECTION 3A.9: Chapter 3, Section 10, subsection b6 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall state, “(b6) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this and refusing to leave when asked to leave without proper clearance to do so from authorized personnel of the Stapleton County Fire Department."

SECTION 3B.1: Chapter 3, Section 10, subsection c of the Firestone Criminal Code shall state, “(c) Authorized personnel shall be defined as a member of a department that is not a trainee rank, or is suspended/on administrative leave.”

SECTION 4: Loitering shall be a Class C misdemeanor and the penalty for this offense shall be 200 seconds in a correctional facility or a citation of 500 dollars.

SECTION 5.1: The following legislation shall be declared null and void:

SECTION 5.2: This legislation shall be enforced by all law enforcement agencies as well as the courts.

SECTION 5.3: This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passing both chambers and
signed into law by the Governor.
