A Bill to Protect the Restricted Areas
BE IT ENACTED THAT THE FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: A Bill to Protect the Restricted Areas shall be enacted
SECTION 2: If an unauthorized person enters an operational Restricted Area then the Law enforcement agencies are obligated to detain or terminate that person if possible.
SECTION 2A: An Unauthorized Person shall be defined as someone with no proper clearance to the Base.
SECTION 2A: Law Enforcement Agencies shall be defined as a department with the power to arrest.
SECTION 3: The Governor shall be able to set clearances and give authorizations for all restricted areas except FedoraMasterB98’s residence. FedoraMasterB98 shall be able to control his own residency and authorize people to enter. The heads of the departments that own the property shall also be able to set their own policy of clearance and authorization.
SECTION 3A: FedoraMasterB98 shall be defined as Fed - Roblox
SECTION 4: If an individual, that does not have proper clearance, enters or attempts to breach and or enter the Military base then law enforcement agencies and or the National Guard shall have authorized lethal force against the person.
SECTION 5: If an individual escapes or attempts to escape from prison then law enforcement agencies shall have authorized lethal force against the inmate.
SECTION 6: If an individual, that does not have proper clearance, enters or attempts to breach and or enter the Governor’s Manor then law enforcement agencies and or the Department of Homeland Security shall have authorized lethal force against the person.
SECTION 7: If an individual, that does not have proper clearance, enters or attempts to breach and or enter FedoraMasterB98’s personal residence then law enforcement agencies and or the Department of Homeland Security shall have authorized lethal force against the person.
SECTION 8: All departments with the power to arrest shall enforce this legislation.
SECTION 9: Upon passage of both the House of Representatives and Senate and upon signage of the Governor, this legislation shall go into effect immediately.
