A Bill to Protect FDOC
BE IT ENACTED THAT THE FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: A Bill to Protect the Restricted Areas shall be amended
SECTION 1A: A Bill to Protect the Restricted Areas shall be defined as A Bill to Protect the Restricted Areas
SECTION 2: SECTION 10 shall be inserted into A Bill to Protect the Restricted Areas and shall state “If an individual, that does not have proper clearance, enters or attempts to breach and or enter the Prison then law enforcement agencies and or the Department of Corrections shall have authorized lethal force against the person. This shall also include the water surrounding FDOC but shall not include the parking lot, docks, or the bridge. Should the Prison be locked down then the bridge shall be included.”
SECTION 3: Upon passage of both the House of Representatives and Senate and upon signage of the Governor, this legislation shall go into effect immediately.
