A Bill to Protect DOC

BE IT ENHANCED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS THAT

SECTION 1: Section 2G of ‘A Bill to Repeal and Replace A Bill to Recognize Restricted Areas’ shall be amended.

SECTION 1A: ‘A Bill to Repeal and Replace A Bill to Recognize Restricted Areas’ shall be defined as: A Bill to Repeal and Replace A Bill to Recognize Restricted Areas

SECTION 2: Section 2G of ‘A Bill to Repeal and Replace A Bill to Recognize Restricted Areas’ currently states,

“The prison shall be recognized as a restricted area within the State of Firestone. The act of breaching (trespassing) the prison shall be considered to be a felony. The act of standing/hovering near or around (loitering) within (50) fifty studs of the walls surrounding the prison shall be considered to be a misdemeanor. All individuals who do not have the proper clearance to be within (50) fifty studs of the walls surrounding the prison will be asked to vacate the premises by an official part of the Department of Corrections. All individuals must follow all instructions given at the checkpoint of which is located in front of the prison Failure to properly comply with the instructions will result in a correctional officer requesting that the individual present at the prison’s checkpoint to vacate the premises. If the individual refuses to vacate the premises then it shall be considered as loitering. The Department of Corrections shall enforce this. The Firestone State Patrol, Department of Homeland Security, and Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office may also enforce this should the Department of Corrections be absent and unable to enforce. Members of the Firestone State Patrol, Department of Homeland Security, and Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office shall require permission from the Department of Corrections before entering the prison should there be a breach. The consequences for the act of loitering at the prison shall be stated in ‘Section 2G.1’:”

SECTION 3: Section 2G of ‘A Bill to Repeal and Replace A Bill to Recognize Restricted Areas’ shall now state,

“The prison shall be recognized as a restricted area within the State of Firestone. The act of breaching (trespassing) the prison shall be considered to be a felony. In addition, the act of entering the restricted waters surrounding DOC, as defined in this screenshot shall be considered trespassing, and a felony. The act of standing/hovering near or around (loitering) within (300) three hundred studs of the walls surrounding the prison shall be considered to be a misdemeanor. However, if the individual is on the Department of Corrections bridge, he shall not be declared loitering. All individuals who do not have the proper clearance to be within (300) three hundred studs of the walls surrounding the prison will be asked to vacate the premises by an official part of the Department of Corrections. All individuals must follow all instructions given at the checkpoint of which is located in front of the prison Failure to properly comply with the instructions will result in a correctional officer requesting that the individual present at the prison’s checkpoint to vacate the premises. SECTION 4: This legislation shall be enforced by all law enforcement agencies as well as the courts.

SECTION 5: This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passing both chambers and
signed into law by the Governor.
