A Bill to Recognize the Act of Failing to Comply
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
Section 1: This legislation shall make sure that the act of failing to comply is illegalized in the state of Firestone. The act of failing to comply shall be considered as a misdemeanor.
Section 2: Failing to comply with personnel that have legal authority to command you can result in serious punishments if not obeyed. The Firestone State Patrol, Staple ton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Corrections, and the Firestone National Guard shall have the authority to order an individual only when they have probable cause. Individuals who do not comply with the personnel who have the legal authority to command them can face jail time if they do not comply.
Section 2A: The act of failing to comply shall be defined as: The act of failing to oblige to the direct commands that are given to you by the personnel that have the legal authority to command you, given by them having probable cause that you have commited a crime.
Section 2B: Failing to comply will result in jail time, the amount of time in jail will depend on that amount of times an individual has been charged with failing to comply. The amount of time in jail shall go as:
Section 2B.1: First Violation: Jail Time (200s-300s; misdemeanor charge)
Section 2B.2: Second Violation: Jail Time (300s-400s; misdemeanor charge)
Section 2B.3: Third Violation: Jail Time (400s-500s; misdemeanor charge)
Section 2B.4: Fourth Violation or More: Jail Time (600s; misdemeanor charge)
Section 3: This legislation shall be enforced by the Firestone State Patrol, Staple ton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Corrections, and the Firestone National Guard.

Section 3E: The Firestone National Guard shall be defined as: Firestone National Guard - Roblox
Section 4: This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passage
Section 5: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
