A Bill to Protect Free Speech in Torts

BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

Section I: The Private Business Protection Act of 2019 shall be defined as: Private Business Protection Act of 2019

Section II: Section 4F of the Private Business Protection Act of 2019 currently states: “Any subject found to be attempting to damage a private business’s reputation/property shall make said business eligible for a lawsuit against said subject, in which, if found guilty, they will be punished accordingly by the Courts.”

Section III: Section 4F of the Private Business Protection Act of 2019 shall now state: “Any subject found to be attempting to damage a private business’s reputation/property shall make said business eligible for a lawsuit against said subject, in which, if found guilty, they will be punished accordingly by the Courts.”

Section IV: For the purposes of this act, text struck through shall be considered removed.

Section V: This act shall be enforced by the courts.

Section VI: This act shall go into immediate effect upon passing the Constitutionally required processes to do so.
