A Bill to Amend “A Bill to Recognize the Act of Failing to Comply”

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1. “A Bill to Recognize the Act of Failing to Comply” shall be defined as the following legislation:

SECTION 2[a]. Section 2A of “A Bill to Recognize the Act of Failing to Comply” currently states:

“The act of failing to comply shall be defined as: The act of failing to oblige to the direct commands that are given to you by the personnel that have the legal authority to command you, given by them having probable cause that you have commited a crime.”

SECTION 2[b]. Section 2A of “A Bill to Recognize the Act of Failing to Comply” shall be amended to state:

“The act of failing to comply shall be defined as: The act of failing to oblige to the direct commands that are given to you by the personnel that have the legal authority to command you, given by them having probable cause that you have committed a crime. Law enforcement does not need to arrest the individual for any other crime for the individual to be charged with failure to comply, as long as law enforcement had probable cause that the individual committed, was committing, or was going to commit a crime at the time orders were given and not complied with by the individual.
