A Bill to Amend “A Bill to Establish Road Laws (Re-vised)”

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: Section 5E of “A Bill to Establish Road Laws (Re-vised)” shall now state:

E. ‘Reckless Driving’ is defined as an operator of a motor vehicle/bicycle intentionally disregarding traffic laws. Violator will be fined one-hundred twenty-five (125) dollars for the first three (3) offenses. On the fourth offense a Violator is subject to arrest for up to 200 seconds and no less than 150 seconds. For every offense following the fourth (4) the Violator will be subject to no more and no less then 350 seconds within the State Penitentiary.

SECTION 2: A Bill to Establish Road Laws (Re-vised) shall be defined as A Bill to Establish to Road Laws (Re-vised).

SECTION 3: This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passage.

SECTION 5: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
