For SCFD:
Stick to common designations for rigs such Engine, Truck, Tower, Rescue, and Medic as V3 isn’t based off a major US city
For apparatus, base it off reliable brands and not unreliable ones such as KME
Realistic fire calls by including fire alarms and smoke investigations rather than fully involved structure fires all the time like V2 does (About 70% if not more calls nowadays are medical). If anything fire, limit to auto/appliance fire or partially involved on structures.
Add features for MPOs (Motor Pump Operator aka driver of the apparatus) such as pumping, water flow, control of discharge pressure, relay pumping, etc. In layman’s terms, ensuring that water is properly flowing to all lines in operation on a fire scene.
Add civilian life jackets too, and law either requiring wearing them or having them present on the vessel (in a storage compartment). It would be cool for CG and MD to have some laws unique to their departments to enforce.
Civilian jobs, don’t need to join a department but a way for people to make money without the obligation of joining a dept. for example, delivery/postal worker. But you only have to do it when you want (basically no shift requirement) - not businesses either
