can we have coffee machines in v3
could be placed in like department buildings
to fuel our caffeine addictions whilst sitting around doing nothing i.e scfd waiting for a non-existent call - doesnt give a stamina boost but also doesnt run out so you dont have to make 4837843 coffees
no game is complete without cafeeine
