if the horse gets hurt then he will start sparking and dot will have to come repair it and tow it if it broke its leg

I agree with horses, our SWAT team will team will be specifically trained in how to use them - very effective. Also would be cool for ceremonial needs. I can see a bright future for everyone with the addition of horses.
