We’ve introduced safezones within V2, inspired by one of our forum suggestions! (Make Hostage Situations at CD FRP) While inside a safezone guns will be unable to fire, and melee weapons won’t deal damage. These safezones only apply to CITIZENS & VISITORS , meaning that all department officials will still be able to use their gear regularly within these zones. The new V2 safezones are the following;

Arborfield Heliport
Prominence Heliport
If congress is interested in doing sessions at the V2 Capitol, we are willing to add a togglable safezone that game moderators can turn on/off for in-game sessions.
BONE BREAKING IS BACK! Don’t fall off high objects, because you’ll break your limbs! SCFD have your splint kits ready, and SCMC get ready for treatments!
Last thing, we were unable to identify the issues with the dumpster bug. We encourage DPW to take videos/pictures of the bug including the F9 console and send it to us so we can find a fix, thank you!
After our swimming update, we realized a few balancing issues present within the County. These issues have resulted in us pushing out a balancing update for all citizens and LEOs. This update was mainly to combat individuals using the new breathing feature to RTAA.
You will no longer drown to death.
Instead, upon reaching 10% health, your walkspeed will be lowered permanently until you receive medical attention. (aka healed)
When swimming, you will notice cool new bubbles .
Default underwater breath timer was reduced to 20 seconds (40 with gamepass).
We will continue monitoring the county for other balance issues. Shutdown in a couple seconds.

After keeping quiet while we worked on our next big update, we are pleased to finally announce the newest update to V2! This update brings purpose and duties to , as-well as TWO SUPER SWEET new vessels for sale at the civilian docks!
Department of Boating and Waterways
DOBW’s responsibilities include the following;
Repairing damaged boats that are either sparking/smoking
Refueling boats that have ran out of fuel while boating
TUGGING OTHER VESSELS that may be abandoned or destroyed
With this DOBW update comes a new building and interior for ! Employees can find their vessel spawner inside of this building! The winners of the DOBW frame off also have their photos and names displayed within this building.
DOBW’s cruiser comes equipped with an orange amber light, two togglable fog lights for visibility, as-well as a bed and winch! Please note that the bed MUST BE DOWN to winch other vessels! Click on the winch attached above the engine to open up the bed/winch controls.
New Civilian Vessels
As for our new civilian vessels, a lot of time has gone into these and we hope you are as excited as we are!
The new civilian boats are… the AIRBOAT and… the YACHT !!! These boats have been in the works over the past few weeks and we hope you enjoy them as much as we do! (and yes, the yacht is very expensive!)

Misc Updates
We updated a bunch of small things, so I’ll list just a few of them that’ll come out with this update.
FS 98 bridge going over the river (old dam road) has been raised so the yacht can fit under. Capital gas line was also raised.
New model for the DOT repair kit! (no more double airpump)
Government boat dealer UI has been updated to match V2’s UI scheme! Boat images were also added for each vessel!
New boat gas station added at the pier to give boats another spot to fill up at!

PUBLIC WORKS UPDATE
The dumpster truck has been updated. For every trash bin you collect, your truck capacity will fill up by 20%. Once you reach 100%, you must go back to the landfill to empty your truck. For every 20%, you earn a bonus check of $50 ($250 for a full truck). This update will be pushed later tonight with a shutdown. Hopefully this will encourage activity and more people to want to join the department.
When a DPW employee is on, random trash will spawn on the roads throughout v2. To remove said trash, use the sweeper over them. The sweeper does not have a capacity (yet) like the dumpster truck and may be worked on in the future.
As of tomorrow, LTAA bans will result in a maximum prison sentence (900 seconds), a record on your database, and a maximum of one (1) week game ban. There will no longer be permanent bans on loggers and those that are permanently banned for logging will have their bans revoked. In terms of whether you can get that record removed or not, I’ll have a discussion amongst the game moderation and the courts to see the best possible solution moving forward (I’m not sure the legal stance for that). With this announcement, the arrest warrant feature should be fixed along with other potential data fixes. The server will not shutdown right now, but there will be a shutdown later tonight before January 2 to implement the changes.
We’ve been wanting to add a new feature to enhance RP for our dedicated role-player base, and what better way to do that than the introduction of ROLEPLAY TEXT! This update will allow players to be more in-depth with their RP and create better experiences for both sides! If you want to act out an action in RP, or show emotion without using chat bubbles, now you can!
All you have to do to use this new feature is type /e me TEXT HERE! There is a 150 character limit for RP text. ENJOY THE RP!
(We are looking to improve RP text for V3, if you have any suggestions please feel free to make a post on the forums!)
We noticed it was an inconvenience for players to use “/e me” as generally most roleplay games use “/me” within and outside of Roblox. Instead of “/e me,” the text prefix has changed to “/me Your RP Text Here”. It will not show up on bubble chat and hopefully makes it easier for everyone.
Aside from this, we’ve attempted to combat several exploit loopholes. Shutdown will occur in 8 minutes.
We’ve debated for a long time whether or not to add patrol rifles for SCSO & FSP, and the time has finally come! Introducing the AR-15 LE, a weapon intended for certified LEOs to use while conducting their day-to-day duties! With this update comes a few changes to the SCSO & FSP load-out, those changes being the following;
The M870 shotgun has been removed from the starting tool-belt and has been placed inside the department lockers. FSP now has a new locker within their garage.
The AR-15 LE has been added to both SCSO & FSP department lockers. Intended to be used by deputies/troopers certified to use it.
THE GLOCK 23 HAS BEEN GIVEN AN EXTRA MAGAZINE, (4)
As we move forward we will monitor how this update impacts criminals and change things one way or another depending on how it plays out.

*The AR-15 and M870 were placed in lockers to give free reign to the command members in deciding on how they want to hand them out. We recommend you give out certifications so that a common patrol officer isn’t carrying the AR-15 everywhere.
ATC towers have been added to both the Prominence and Arborfield heliports for air traffic control! (ex: Screenshot by Lightshot) With the addition of these ATC towers comes our brand new FLIGHT RADAR that will allow ATC controllers to see the location, altitude, and call-sign of any aircraft in V2 airspace! (ex: Screenshot by Lightshot) There is a teleporter located within each heliport for employees to access the ATC towers!
YACHT UPDATE
For you yacht owners out there, here’s a well deserved update to sweeten up the purchase of a yacht! Yachts now have UNLIMITED FREE refreshments for guests that refill stamina on the watercraft! On-top of refreshments, we’ve also added a BOOMBOX on yachts for players to throw yacht parties with sick tunes! (only the owner and those whitelisted can change the boombox music!)
(For DOC soup bug reports, we’ve made it so if your bowl is bugged, you can click on the green box again to get a new one. The issue can not be replicated nor was it printing out error reports, thus making it much difficult to find the issue. I’ve taken the easy route on this one for now)
As we move from a “rule-based” game system to a game that is based on mechanics itself (v3), I’ve implemented the point system into v2 for calculations come v3. You can view the points information on the bottom right side indicated by the crown icon. Here is a run-down of how the system will work:
For every 6 playtime hours, you will gain one awardable point. You can not exceed two awardable points until you spend them.
You can award one awardable point to one player every one weeks.
For every point awarded to you, it will “decay” after a week.
Your reputation standing changes based on your points. You can award the points to anybody.
We recommend you only award points to those that you have had a good roleplaying experience with. Right now, you are not able to view other player’s rp points yet. Once we release points being publicly viewable by anyone, we hope that roleplaying experiences will be much better between cops and criminals should the criminals reputation be in good standing. You can not award negative points. You can only award one point. The founders will be able to award any number of points to any individuals based on our roleplaying experience with you on our alternative accounts. You will not know who awarded you and how much points you were awarded.
We will be releasing shops based on the RP points system. For example, if your reputation is in a bad standing, prices at illegal gun dealers and general shops will be higher. Whereas, if your reputation is in a really good standing, you will be offered discounts at illegal dealers, legal dealers, and thereof. We have taken friends awarding each other into consideration and with the data collected, we will configure the math behind the system so that it is more balanced.
That being said, don’t shoot up business events, or guns will be more expensive for you! The shutdown will occur soon and the update will go live.
*Side note: Game moderators can not alter your rp points, but can recommend us founders to alter your rp points based on your roleplaying scene.
As part of the roleplay points system rollout, we have released the depiction of each individual’s reputation based on the points. The image below is how it will look like when your name is either hidden or shown with respect to your standing.

Bad: Shown with an “X”
Neutral: No indicator
Good: One small star
Exceptional: Two small stars
Excellent: Three small stars
Fabulous: One big star
A shutdown will not occur until we have implemented the rewards system, but if you see it in new servers, this is what it stands for!
Player-to-player point interaction has been permanently disabled. We are discontinuing this project. However, because it has already been scripted, the founders will be awarding points based on interactions that occur in v2. The rewards and cosmetics will still stay, but can only be awarded when a game moderator recommends individuals for said points. This project was initially started to see whether we can combat friend bias in the first place with an RP point system, with a possibility of having something like this in v3. I’ve been proven wrong and an iteration of it is likely to not occur again.

V2 has been updated to include FIST FIGHTING! Fist fighting is directly tied into your stamina within V2! Every punch you throw you will lose a tiny bit of stamina, until you ultimately get tired and your stamina hits zero (0)! All players within V2 will be able to use this feature regardless of the team they are on! We hope this adds more substance to conflict RP!
