Firearms and Weaponry Management Act (pt. 2)

SECTION 6. Only Citizens of the State of Firestone may hold a Law Enforcement Firearm License, Government Firearm License, or a Civilian Firearm License.

SECTION 6A. A Law Enforcement Firearm License grants a citizen the usage and possession of a firearm and specified other weaponry while on their respective law enforcement “team” within Staple ton County, or any other further areas within Firestone to be added in the future.

SECTION 6B. A Government Firearm License grants a citizen that is apart of the Department of Homeland Security or the Firestone National Guard the usage and possession of a firearm and specified other weaponry while on their respective “team” within Staple ton county, or any other further areas within Firestone to be added in the future.

SECTION 6C. A Civilian Firearm License grants a citizen the usage and possession of a firearm and specified other weaponry while on the civilian “team” within Staple ton County, or any other further areas within Firestone to be added in the future.

SECTION 6D. The act of harboring, hiding, or possessing a weapon while not having a Firearm License is illegal. This shall be known as “Illegally Possessing a Weapon”, and shall be regarded as a felony.

SECTION 7. Civilians may not possess any sort of weapon or firearm within the following areas, unless authorized by the Government:
i. Specified Government Property, including within and the close surroundings of the Capitol Building and the Governor’s Manor;
ii. Within the Department of Corrections Prison;
iii. Within any Courtroom or Courthouse used for the Firestone Judicial System, and;
iv. In any Embassy or Diplomatic Building used by the Department of State;
Should a civilian be caught with a weapon or firearm within the mentioned areas, unauthorized, then they shall be charged with “Breaching a Weapon-Free Zone”, being regarded as a felony charge.

SECTION 7A. Civilians may not possess any sort of weapon or firearm within the following areas, unless authorized by the owner of the property:
a. Pepper spray, if properly concealed, is allowed within the following.
i. Any sort of establishment, private property, business, (etc.) where the management of which states that weapons are not allowed within. It must be clearly stated that unauthorized weaponry is not allowed within.
Should a civilian be caught with a weapon, excluding pepper spray, or firearm within the mentioned areas, unauthorized, they shall be fined a minimum of $300 and a maximum of $500.

SECTION 8. The act of a civilian openly carrying a weapon or firearm shall be forbidden within the following areas, unless authorized by the owner of the property:
a. “Open carry” and “openly-carried” being regarded as openly holding a weapon or firearm, having it selected in your toolbar; not properly concealing a weapon or firearm.
i. Any sort of establishment, private property, business, (etc.) where the management of which states that openly-carried are not allowed within. It must be clearly stated that unauthorized open carry is not allowed within.
Should a civilian be caught openly carrying a weapon or firearm within the mentioned areas, unauthorized, they shall be fined a minimum of $200 and a maximum of $400.

SECTION 9. The following weapons shall be considered illegal of usage by civilians within the State of Firestone:
a. Weapons of Mass Destruction;
b. Nuclear Weapons;
c. Bombs;
d. Missiles;
e. Illegally modified weapon(s), and;
f. Any other weapon further regarded as an illegal weapon through future legislation
The act of possessing any of the weapons mentioned as a civilian shall be known as “Possession of an Illegal Weapon”, and shall be regarded as a felony charge.

SECTION 10. This legislation shall be overseen and enforced by the Firestone Peace Officers Standards and Training academy, Department of Public Safety, Department of Homeland Security, Firestone National Guard, Firestone State Patrol, Staple ton County Sheriff’s Office, Firestone Courts, Department of Justice, and the Staple ton County Government.

SECTION 11: Upon passing both chambers of the Firestone Congress, alongside being signed in by the Governor, this legislation shall go into effect immediately.

SECTION 12: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
