A BILL TO AMEND PART 2 OF THE FIREARMS AND WEAPONRY MANAGEMENT ACT

MAY IT BE ENACTED BY THE FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1:

This legislation shall amend the second part of the Firearms and Weaponry Management Act, defined as Firearms and Weaponry Management Act (pt. 2).

SECTION 1A:

Section 6D of the Firearms and Weaponry Management Act states;

“The act of harboring, hiding, or possessing a weapon while not having a Firearm License is illegal. This shall be known as “Illegally Possessing a Weapon”, and shall be regarded as a felony.”

SECTION 1B:

Section 6D of the Firearms and Weaponry Management Act shall be amended to;

"The act of harboring, hiding, or possessing a weapon while not having a Firearm License is illegal. This shall be known as “Illegally Possessing a Weapon”, and shall be regarded as a felony. This crime shall be punishable to an arrest with a minimum of 350 seconds to a maximum of 500 seconds of incarceration upon officer’s discretion.

SECTION 1C:

Section 7 of the Firearms and Weaponry Management Act states;

Civilians may not possess any sort of weapon or firearm within the following areas, unless authorized by the Government:
i. Specified Government Property, including within and the close surroundings of the Capitol Building and the Governor’s Manor;
ii. Within the Department of Corrections Prison;
iii. Within any Courtroom or Courthouse used for the Firestone Judicial System, and;
iv. In any Embassy or Diplomatic Building used by the Department of State;
Should a civilian be caught with a weapon or firearm within the mentioned areas, unauthorized, then they shall be charged with “Breaching a Weapon-Free Zone”, being regarded as a felony charge.

SECTION 1D:

Section 7 of the Firearms and Weaponry Management Act shall be amended to;

Should a civilian be caught with a weapon or firearm within the mentioned areas, unauthorized, then they shall be charged with “Breaching a Weapon-Free Zone”, being regarded as a felony charge. This charge shall be punishable of an arrest time from 200 to 400 seconds, upon officer’s discretion.

SECTION 2:

This legislation shall go into effect immediately after passage of both chambers.

SECTION 3:

All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
