An Ordinance to Re-Establish the Prominence Library
Preamble: The Prominence Library, once a reputable institution making significant contributions to the culture of the District of Prominence, was destroyed and given away to the private sector. To improve the livelihoods of the people of the District of Prominence, it shall be re-established.
Be it enacted by the District Council here assembled that,
Section 1
“A Bill to Disband the Library” shall be defined as this.
Section 2
“A Bill to Disband the Library” shall be deemed null and void. Any nullifications made by “A Bill to Disband the Library” shall be reverted.
Section 3
This Ordinance shall go into effect immediately upon passing the necessary legal processes as described by the District Charter.
