A Bill to Disband the Library
Preamble: Due to extreme inactivity and lack of public interest, the library serves little use and should be disbanded.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE DISTRICT OF PROMINENCE COUNCIL HERE ASSEMBLED THAT,
SECTION 1
An Ordinance to Establish the Prominence Library shall be defined here.
SECTION 2
“An Ordinance to Establish the Prominence Library” shall be deemed null and void upon passage of this legislation.
SECTION 3
This District Ordinance shall go into effect immediately upon passing the legal processes as described by the District Charter.
