IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE STATE OF FIRESTONE

October 19, 2018

AN IMPEACHMENT

Of Governor Butsworth

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress Assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE; REFERENCES IN ACT; EFFECTIVE DATE

  1. Short Title — This Act may be cited as the “Impeachment of Governor Butsworth”.
  2. References in Act — Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Act, wherever an amendment or repeal is expressed in terms of an amendment to or repeal of a section or other provision, the reference shall be considered to be made to that section.
  3. Effective Date — This Act shall be enacted as soon as its passage from both chambers of Congress.

SECTION 2. SENSE OF CONGRESS

It is in the sense of Congress that—

  1. The sitting Governor of our State has committed murder whilst in a law-regulated place (SCSO Training Facility)

SECTION 3. DEFINITIONS

  1. Governor Butsworth shall be defined as SkylerWhiteYo - Roblox

SECTION 4. IMPEACHMENT OF GOVERNOR BUTSWORTH

  1. Governor Butsworth shall be impeached from his position as Governor of this State of Firestone.
  2. Governor Butsworth shall be impeached for; (1) Committing murder, defined by law, regardless of the degree it is perceived in; (2) negligently discharging a weapon; (3) open carry; and (4) misuse of recreational use.

  4. It should be noted that evidence four (4) does not explicitly show Governor Butsworth committing the act of murder, it does show the crimes two (2) through four (4) outlined in §4B of this resolution.

SECTION 5. ENFORCEMENT

  1. This resolution shall be enforced by the Congress of the State of Firestone.
