BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: The Firestone Criminal Code ® shall be defined as Firestone Criminal Code ® and shall be referred to as the “Criminal Code” within this amendment.
SECTION 2: Chapter 3, Section 8, Subsection c7 of the Criminal Code shall be added.
SECTION 2A: Chapter 3, Section 8, Subsection c7 of the Criminal Code shall state “Authorized Firestone Bureau of Investigation personnel shall be exempt from subsection b4.”
SECTION 3: This legislation shall be brought into law, given that it follows the procedures to do so, as outlined by the Constitution.
SECTION 4: Should any part of this legislation be stuck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
