Adding a subcategory that contains nullified bills

i still see legislation on the forums that are nullified and its kinda hard to determine which bills are nullified or not without the need to search through the fs legislature board for nullification bills

so make a sub category that contains nullified bills!

or you know

delete the nullified bills from the face of the forums

prime example

prime example is the criminal code establishment law that was nullified on june 26th
