Criminal & Traffic Code Establishment

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

Section One: The criminal & traffic code shall officially be established within the State of Firestone. Corresponding criminal laws and punishments shall be stated within the criminal & traffic code. Amendments will be made to the current criminal & traffic laws for improvement. New criminal/traffic laws may be established as well within the criminal & traffic code. All current criminal and traffic laws within the State of Firestone will be reorganized and improved within this legislation.

Section Two: Crimes and Punishments Part One: (Criminal Code) [Criminal Codes: 1-58]

Criminal Code 1. Any individual who aids or participates in the act of intentionally and deliberately setting fire to one’s possessions or a structure shall be charged with Arson.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a felony should they be guilty/charged for Arson, and shall spend no less than one-hundred to no more than two-hundred and seventy-five seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Arson.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Arson’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 2. Any individual who aids or participates in the act of climbing up a suspension cable or suspender on a bridge shall be charged with Illegally Climbing a Bridge.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a misdemeanor should they be guilty/charged for Illegally Climbing a Bridge, and receive a citation that is no less than one-hundred dollars to no more than two-hundred and fifty dollars.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Illegally Climbing a Bridge.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Illegally Climbing a Bridge’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 3. Any individual who aids another individual with a crime shall be charged with Being an Accomplice in a Crime.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a should they be guilty/charged for Being an Accomplice in a Crime, and shall spend no less than one-hundred to no more than three-hundred and seventy-five seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Being an Accomplice in a Crime.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Being an Accomplice in a Crime’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 4. Any individual or individuals who aids or participates in the crime of robbing one’s vehicle shall be charged with Grand Theft Auto.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a felony should they be guilty/charged for Grand Theft Auto, and shall spend no less than one-hundred seconds to no more than five-hundred seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Grand Theft Auto.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Grand Theft Auto’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 5. Any individual or individuals who aids or participates in the crime of breaking into one’s vehicle shall be charged with Carjacking. It shall count as breaking/entering (into) one’s vehicle when an individual enters a vehicle without permission/consent from the owner of the vehicle.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a felony should they be guilty/charged for Carjacking, and shall spend no less than one-hundred seconds to no more than five-hundred seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Carjacking.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Carjacking’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 6. Any individual who aids or participates in obstructing, getting in the way, or prevent a law enforcement officer from performing/executing their duties shall be charged with Interfering with an Officer.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a misdemeanor should they be guilty/charged for Interfering with an Officer, and shall spend no less than one-hundred seconds to no more than two-hundred seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Interfering with an Officer.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Interfering with an Officer’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 7. Any individual who aids or participates in entering any property owned by the government or enters private property without authorization shall be charged with Trespassing.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a misdemeanor should they be guilty/charged for Trespassing, and shall spend no less than two-hundred seconds to no more than three-hundred seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Trespassing.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Trespassing’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 8. Any individual who aids or participates in continuously staying in a specific area that is either recognized as government owned or as private property after being asked to leave by the proper security of the government property, or by the owner of the private property shall be charged with Loitering.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a misdemeanor should they be guilty/charged for Loitering, and shall spend no less than fifty seconds to no more than one-hundred seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Loitering.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Loitering’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 9. Any individual who aids or participates in breaking and entering into one’s property shall be charged with Burglary.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a felony should they be guilty/charged for Burglary, and shall spend no less than one-hundred seconds to no more than two-hundred seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Burglary.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Burglary’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 10. Any individual who aids or participates in the theft of one’s property shall be charged with Robbery.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a felony should they be guilty/charged for Robbery, and shall spend no less than two-hundred seconds to no more than three-hundred seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Robbery.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Robbery’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 11. Any individual who aids or participates in the act of robbing one’s property with an open carry firearm shall be charged with Armed Robbery.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a felony should they be guilty/charged for Armed Robbery, and shall spend no less than three-hundred seconds to no more than four-hundred seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Armed Robbery.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Armed Robbery’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 12. Any individual who aids or participates in the action of stealing from a bank within the State of Firestone shall be charged with Bank Robbery.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a felony should they be guilty/charged for Bank Robbery, and shall spend no less than three-hundred seconds to no more than four-hundred seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Bank Robbery.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Bank Robbery’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 13.1. Any individual who aids or participates in the act of committing a violent injury on another individual with premeditation and malice shall be charged with Assault.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a felony should they be guilty/charged for Assault, and shall spend no less than two-hundred seconds to no more than three-hundred and fifty seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Assault.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Assault’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 13.2. Any individual who aids or participates in the act of physically attacking another individual with a weapon that is meant to cause serious harm shall be charged with Assault with a Deadly Weapon.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a felony should they be guilty/charged for Assault with a Deadly Weapon, and shall spend no less than eight-hundred seconds to no more than nine-hundred and fifty seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Assault with a Firearm.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Assault with a Deadly Weapon’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 14. Any individual who aids or participates in the act of committing an injury on another individual with malice shall be charged with Battery.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a felony should they be guilty/charged for Battery, and shall spend no less than two-hundred seconds to no more than three-hundred and fifty seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Battery.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Battery’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 15. Any individual who aids or participates in the act of breaking into or out of prison shall be charged with Jailbreak.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a felony should they be guilty/charged for Jailbreak, and shall spend no less than five-hundred seconds to no more than six-hundred seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Jailbreak.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Jailbreak’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 16. Any individual who aids or participates in any sort of conspiracy to commit a crime shall be charged with Conspiracy to commit a Crime.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a felony should they be guilty/charged for Conspiracy to commit a Crime, and shall spend no less than six-hundred seconds to no more than seven-hundred seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Conspiracy to commit a Crime.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Conspiracy to commit a Crime’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 17.1. Any individual who aids or participates in the act of killing another individual with malice (intent) shall be charged with Voluntary Manslaughter.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a felony should they be guilty/charged for Voluntary Manslaughter, and shall spend no less than eight-hundred seconds to no more than nine-hundred seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Voluntary Manslaughter.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Voluntary Manslaughter’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 17.2. Any individual who ends the life of another individual without malice (intent) shall be charged with Involuntary Manslaughter.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a felony should they be guilty/charged for Involuntary Manslaughter, and shall spend no less than five-hundred seconds to no more than seven-hundred seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Involuntary Manslaughter.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Involuntary Manslaughter’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 17.3: Any individual who aids or participates in the killing of another individual involving a vehicle shall be charged with Vehicular Manslaughter.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a felony should they be guilty/charged for Vehicular Manslaughter, and shall spend no less than eight-hundred seconds to no more than nine-hundred seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Vehicular Manslaughter.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Vehicular Manslaughter’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 17.4: Any individual who aids or participates in the act of making an attempt (but fails) to end the life of another individual shall be charged with Attempted Murder.

(a) All individuals shall be charged with a felony should they be guilty/charged for Attempted Murder, and shall spend no less than five-hundred seconds to no more than seven-hundred seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Attempted Murder.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Attempted Murder’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 18. Any individual who aids or participates in the act of using a vehicle to get away from law enforcement when being pursued shall be charged with Evasion.

(a) All individuals shall be charged with a misdemeanor or felony should they be guilty/charged for Evasion, and shall spend no less than two-hundred seconds to no more than three-hundred seconds in prison. Any individual who commits the act of evasion shall be charged with a misdemeanor should there be no injuries or deaths involved. Any individual who commits the act of evasion shall be charged with a felony should there be injuries or deaths involved.

b) Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Evasion.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Evasion’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 19. Any individual who attempts to avoid an arrest by a law enforcement officer that attempts to conduct one on the said individual shall be charged with Resisting Arrest.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a felony should they be guilty/charged for Resisting Arrest, and shall spend no less than seven-hundred seconds to no more than eight-hundred seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Resisting Arrest.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Resisting Arrest’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 20.1. Any individual who aids or participates in the act of wearing the uniform of a Firestone law enforcement agency (Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, the Firestone National Guard, the Firestone Bureau of Investigation, the Firestone Department of Corrections, and the Firestone Department of Homeland Security) or attempting to act in the capacity thereof while not being in that agency or not holding the proper rank to do so (i.e. Deputy+ or Trooper+) shall be charged with Impersonating a Law Enforcement Agency.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a felony should they be guilty/charged for Impersonating a Law Enforcement Agency and shall spend no less than four-hundred seconds to no more than seven-hundred and seventy-five seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Impersonating a Law Enforcement Agency.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Impersonating a Law Enforcement Agency’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 20.2. Any individual who aids or participates in the act of looking like and acting like an individual who is a state official (Government officials are, but not limited to, Senators, Representatives, Judges (of all state circuits), the Governors, and Cabinet officials. Any individual who looks like and acts like any of the titles stated shall be charged with Impersonating a Government Official.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a felony should they be guilty/charged for Impersonating a Government Official, and shall spend no less than four-hundred seconds to no more than seven-hundred and fifty seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Impersonating a Government Official.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘ Impersonating a Government Official’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 20.3. Any individual who aids or participates in the act of posing, claiming, looking like, or saying that they are another individual when really not, shall be charged with False Personation.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a misdemeanor should they be guilty/charged for False Personation and shall spend no less than four-hundred seconds to no more than five-hundred seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of False Personation.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘False Personation’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 21. Any individual who aids or participates in causing a massive disturbance and/or panic within the State of Firestone on the premise of any kind of personal enjoyment or attention shall be charged with Inflicting Chaos.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a misdemeanor should they be guilty/charged for Inflicting Chaos, and shall spend no less than one-hundred seconds to no more than two-hundred seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Inflicting Chaos.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Inflicting Chaos’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 22.1. Any individual who aids or participates in the ending of another’s life with premeditated and malice intentions shall be charged with First Degree Murder.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a felony should they be guilty/charged for First Degree Murder and shall spend no less than four-hundred seconds to no more than five-hundred seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of First Degree Murder.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘First Degree Murder’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 22.2. Any individual aids or participates in the ending of another’s life with malicious intent shall be charged with Second Degree Murder.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a felony should they be guilty/charged for Second Degree Murder and shall spend no less than four-hundred seconds to no more than five-hundred seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Second Degree Murder.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Second Degree Murder’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 23. Any individual who aids or participates in the ending of another’s life without premeditation or malicious intent shall be charged with Negligent Homicide.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a felony should they be guilty/charged for Negligent Homicide and shall spend no less than four-hundred seconds to no more than five-hundred seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Negligent Homicide.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Negligent Homicide’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 24. Any individual who unintentionally causes damage/destruction of property shall be charged with Causing Accidental Damage.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a misdemeanor should they be guilty/charged for Causing Accidental Damage and shall receive a citation no less than one-hundred dollars to no more than five-hundred dollars.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Causing Accidental Damage.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Causing Accidental Damage’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 25. Any individual who aids or participates in purposely causing destruction to any sort of property shall be charged with Causing Willfully Damage. In example, buildings, public/private structures, vehicles, etc.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a misdemeanor should they be guilty/charged for Causing Willfully Damage, and shall spend no less than four-hundred seconds to no more than five-hundred seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Causing Willfully Damage.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Causing Willfully Damage’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 26. Any individual who fails to oblige to any direct commands from a law enforcement officer who has probable cause of the said individual committing a crime shall be charged with Failure to Comply.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a misdemeanor should they be guilty/charged for Failure to Comply and shall spend no less than five-hundred seconds to no more than six-hundred seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Failure to Comply.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Failure to Comply’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 27. Any individual who aids or participates in causing mischief fire department personnel shall be charged with Obstruction Against the Fire Department.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a misdemeanor should they be guilty/charged for Obstruction Against the Fire Department and shall spend no less than one-hundred seconds to no more than one-hundred and fifty seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Obstruction Against the Fire Department.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Obstruction Against the Fire Department’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 28. Any individual who refuses to comply fire department personnel when requested for the safety of others, themselves, and yourself shall be charged with Failure to Comply with the Fire Department.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a misdemeanor should they be guilty/charged for Failure to Comply with the Fire Department, and shall spend no less than three-hundred seconds to no more than four-hundred seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Failure to Comply with the Fire Department.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Failure to Comply with the Fire Department’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 29. Any individual who aids or participates in using a vehicle to strike down/run over any other individual shall be charged with Vehicular Assault.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a misdemeanor should they be guilty/charged for Vehicular Assault and shall spend no less than one-hundred seconds to no more than one-hundred and fifty seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Vehicular Assault.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Vehicular Assault’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 30. Any individual aids or participates in intentionally abducting another individual and holding them against their will shall be charged with Kidnapping.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a misdemeanor should they be guilty/charged for Kidnapping and shall spend no less than three-hundred seconds to no more than four-hundred and fifty seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Kidnapping.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Kidnapping’ are hereby declared null and void.
