Criminal & Traffic Code Establishment (Part Two)

Criminal Code 31. Any individual who aids or participates in entering a specific area without authorization from the proper personnel shall be charged with Entering a Restricted Area.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a misdemeanor or felony should they be guilty/charged for Entering a Restricted Area, and shall face the following consequences as stated in sections (b-f).

b) The State of Firestone National Guard Base shall be recognized as a restricted area within the State of Firestone. It will be considered as loitering should any individual stand/hover near or around (50) fifty studs of the walls or invisible walls surrounding the Firestone National Guard base. The act of breaching (trespassing) the Firestone National Guard Base shall be considered as a felony. The act of standing/hovering near or around (loitering) (50) fifty studs of the walls or invisible walls surrounding the Firestone National Guard Base shall be considered to be a misdemeanor. All individuals must follow all instructions given at the checkpoint of which is located in front of the Firestone National Guard Base. Failure to properly comply with the instructions will result in a guardsman (National Guard Member) requesting that the individual present at the checkpoint to vacate the premises. If the individual refuses to vacate the premises then it shall be considered as loitering and will result in an arrest. The Firestone National Guard will enforce this. The Firestone State Patrol, Department of Homeland Security, and Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office may also enforce this should the National Guard be absent and unable to enforce. Members of the Firestone State Patrol, Department of Homeland Security, and Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office shall require permission from the National Guard before entering the National Guard Base should there be a breach. Loitering at the Firestone National Guard Base shall result in a citation that shall range from a minimum of no less than (200) two-hundred to a maximum of no more than (400) four-hundred dollars of a citation. An individual may receive jail time that shall range from a minimum of no less than (100) one-hundred seconds to a maximum of no more than (200) two-hundred seconds in jail should an individual refuse to vacate the premises when loitering and asked to leave.

c) The Governor’s Manor shall be recognized as a restricted area within the State of Firestone. The act of breaching (trespassing) the Governor’s Manor shall be considered to be a felony. The act of standing/hovering near or around (loitering) within (30) thirty studs of the walls/fences surrounding the Governor’s Manor shall be considered to be a misdemeanor. It will be considered as loitering should any individual without proper clearance stand/hover near or around (30) thirty studs of the fence surrounding the Governor’s Manor. It will also be considered to be loitering should any individual without any proper clearance stand/hover near or around (30) thirty studs of the front wall/gates of the Governor’s Manor. All individuals who do not have the proper clearance and are within (30) thirty studs of the front wall/gates of the Governor’s Manor will be asked to vacate the premises by an official within the Department of Homeland Security. The Firestone State Patrol and Stapleton County Sheriff’s may also instruct an individual without the proper clearance who is loitering within (30) studs of the front wall/gates of the Governor’s Manor to vacate the premises should no member within the Department of Homeland Security be present. The Department of Homeland Security will enforce this. The Firestone State Patrol and Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office may also enforce this should the Department of Homeland Security be absent and unable to enforce. Members of the Firestone State Patrol and Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office shall require permission from the Department of Homeland Security before entering the Governor’s Manor should there be a breach. Loitering at the Governor’s Manor shall result in a citation that shall range from a minimum of no less than (200) two-hundred to a maximum of no more than (400) four-hundred dollars of a citation. An individual may receive jail time that shall range from a minimum of no less than (100) one-hundred seconds to a maximum of no more than (200) two-hundred seconds in jail should an individual refuse to vacate the premises when loitering and asked to leave.

d) The prison shall be recognized as a restricted area within the State of Firestone. The act of breaching (trespassing) the prison shall be considered to be a felony. The act of standing/hovering near or around (loitering) within (50) fifty studs of the walls surrounding the prison shall be considered to be a misdemeanor. All individuals who do not have the proper clearance to be within (50) fifty studs of the walls surrounding the prison will be asked to vacate the premises by an official part of the Department of Corrections. All individuals must follow all instructions given at the checkpoint of which is located in front of the prison Failure to properly comply with the instructions will result in a correctional officer requesting that the individual present at the prison’s checkpoint to vacate the premises. If the individual refuses to vacate the premises then it shall be considered as loitering. The Department of Corrections shall enforce this. The Firestone State Patrol, Department of Homeland Security, and Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office may also enforce this should the Department of Corrections be absent and unable to enforce. Members of the Firestone State Patrol, Department of Homeland Security, and Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office shall require permission from the Department of Corrections before entering the prison should there be a breach. Loitering at the prison shall result in a citation that shall range from a minimum of no less than (200) two-hundred to a maximum of no more than (400) four-hundred dollars of a citation. An individual may receive jail time that shall range from a minimum of no less than (100) one-hundred seconds to a maximum of no more than (200) two-hundred seconds in jail should an individual refuse to vacate the premises when loitering and asked to leave.

e) FedoraMasterB98’s residence shall be recognized as a restricted area within the State of Firestone. The act of breaching (trespassing) FedoraMasterB98’s residence shall be considered to be a felony. The act of standing/hovering near or around (loitering) within (100) one-hundred studs of the invisible walls and hills surrounding FedoraMasterB98’s residence shall be considered to be a misdemeanor. All individuals who do not have the proper clearance to be within (100) one-hundred studs of the invisible walls/hills surrounding FedoraMasterB98’s residence will be asked to vacate the premises by an official part of the Department of Homeland Security. This shall be enforced by the Department of Homeland Security. The Firestone State Patrol and Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office may also enforce this should the Department of Homeland Security be absent and unable to enforce; members of the Firestone State Patrol and Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office shall require permission before entering FedoraMasterB98’s residence. Loitering at the FedoraMasterB98’s residence shall result in a citation that shall range from a minimum of no less than (200) two-hundred to a maximum of no more than (400) four-hundred dollars of a citation. An individual may receive jail time that shall range from a minimum of no less than (100) one-hundred seconds to a maximum of no more than (200) two-hundred seconds in jail should an individual refuse to vacate the premises when loitering and asked to leave.

f) The Capital shall be recognized as a restricted area within the State of Firestone depending on which individual(s) has the proper clearance to enter the interior of the Capital. The act of breaching (trespassing) the interior of the Capital without the proper clearance shall be considered to be a felony. This shall be enforced by the Department of Homeland Security.

g) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, National Guard, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Entering a Restricted Area.

h) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Entering a Restricted Area’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 32. Any individual who uses a vehicle and collides with another vehicle but doesn’t stop shall be charged with Hit & Run.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a misdemeanor should they be guilty/charged for Hit & Run, and shall spend no less than three-hundred seconds to no more than four-hundred and fifty seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Hit & Run.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Hit & Run’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 33. Any individual who uses a vehicle and collides with another vehicle causing either an injury or death and does not stop shall be charged with Felony Hit & Run.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a felony should they be guilty/charged for Felony Hit & Run, and shall spend no less than four-hundred seconds to no more than five-hundred and fifty seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Felony Hit & Run.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Felony Hit & Run’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 34. Any individual who aids or participates in the unwanted pursuit of following another after being told to stop shall be charged with Stalking.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a felony should they be guilty/charged for Stalking, and shall spend no less than four-hundred seconds to no more than five-hundred and fifty seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Stalking.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Stalking’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 35. Any individual who aids or participates in the act of taking/abducting another individual against their will shall be charged with Hostage Taking.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a felony should they be guilty/charged for Hostage Taking, and shall spend no less than three-hundred seconds to no more than five-hundred seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Hostage Taking.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Hostage Taking’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 36. Any individual who offers or accepts anything of value in exchange for influence on a government/public official or employee shall be charged with Bribery.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a felony should they be guilty/charged for Bribery, and shall spend no less than three-hundred seconds to no more than five-hundred seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Bribery.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Bribery’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 37. Any individual who encourages or demands another individual to engage in criminal conduct, with intent to facilitate or contribute to the commission of a particular crime shall be charged with Solicitation.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a felony should they be guilty/charged for Solicitation, and shall spend no less than three-hundred seconds to no more than five-hundred seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Solicitation.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Solicitation’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 38. Any individual who aids or participates in the act of theft/larceny of the assets of money or property by a person in position of trust or responsibility over those assets shall be charged with Embezzlement.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a felony should they be guilty/charged for Embezzlement, and shall spend no less than three-hundred seconds to no more than five-hundred seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Embezzlement.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Embezzlement’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 39. Any individual who misuses self defense (the act of defending one’s self and/or other individuals who may be nearby to the individual committing to the act of self-defense) shall be charged with Misuse of Self Defense.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a misdemeanor should they be guilty/charged for Misuse of Self Defense, and shall spend no less than two-hundred seconds to no more than three-hundred seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Misuse of Self Defense.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Misuse of Self Defense’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 40. Any individual who intentionally and deliberately commits the act of falsely reporting a crime (the act of reporting a crime that never took place) shall be charged with False Reporting a Crime.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a misdemeanor should they be guilty/charged for False Reporting a Crime, and shall spend no less than two-hundred seconds to no more than five-hundred seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of False Reporting a Crime.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘False Reporting a Crime’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 41. Any individual who does not properly conceal a weapon or firearm when not in use, or when there is no threat shall be charged with Open Carrying a Firearm.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a misdemeanor should they be guilty/charged for Open Carrying a Firearm, and shall receive a citation no less than two-hundred dollars to no more than four-hundred dollars.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Open Carrying a Firearm.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Open Carrying a Firearm’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 42. Any individual who aids or participates in the act of harboring, hiding, or possessing a weapon or possessing a firearm without a license shall be charged with Illegally Possessing a Firearm.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a misdemeanor should they be guilty/charged for Illegally Possessing a Firearm, and shall spend no less than three-hundred seconds to no more than six-hundred seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Illegally Possessing a Firearm.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Illegally Possessing a Firearm’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 43.1. Any individual who carries a weapon or firearm in a weapon-free zone that does not authorize the said action shall be charged with Breaching a Weapon-Free Zone. It shall count as breaching a weapons free zone should any individual bring a weapon/firearm into the following establishments without permission from the proper personnel: FedoraMasterB98’s Mansion, National Guard Base, State Capitol, Governor’s Mansion, or any Law Enforcement Office.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a misdemeanor should they be guilty/charged for Breaching a Weapon-Free Zone, and shall spend no less than three-hundred seconds to no more than six-hundred seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Breaching a Weapon-Free Zone.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Breaching a Weapon-Free Zone’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 43.2. Any individual who intentionally discharges their firearm randomly without any reason shall be charged with Negligently Discharging a Firearm.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a misdemeanor should they be guilty/charged for Negligently Discharging a Firearm, and shall spend no less than one-hundred seconds to no more than two-hundred seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Negligently Discharging a Firearm.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Negligently Discharging a Firearm’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 44. Any individual who disturbs, offends, intimidates, or creates a general disorder to the public shall be charged with Disorderly Conduct.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a misdemeanor should they be guilty/charged for Disorderly Conduct, and shall spend no less than three-hundred seconds to no more than six-hundred seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Disorderly Conduct.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Disorderly Conduct’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 45. Any individual who aids or participates in the killing or killing attempt of the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Speaker of the House, Chief Court Justice; kills more than three individuals, destroys or attempts to destroy a government building, or causes terror that results in the injury of five or more individuals shall be charged with Domestic Terror.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a misdemeanor should they be guilty/charged for Domestic Terror, and shall spend no less than three-hundred seconds to no more than six-hundred seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Domestic Terror.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Domestic Terror’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 46. Any individual who provides a false name (a name that does not belong to them or a fake one) to a law enforcement officer when asked to present their identification shall be charged with Giving False Identification to an Officer. Law enforcement officers are required to first have probable cause of an individual committing a crime before asking for identification.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a misdemeanor should they be guilty/charged for Giving False Identification to an Officer, and shall spend no less than three-hundred seconds to no more than six-hundred seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of False Identification to an Officer.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Giving False Identification to an Officer’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 47. Any individual who aids or participates in the act of taking one’s property/belongings without the owner’s consent shall be charged with Theft of Property.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a misdemeanor should they be guilty/charged for Theft of Property, and shall spend no less than four-hundred seconds to no more than five-hundred seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Theft of Property.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Theft of Property’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 48. Any individual who aids or participates in the act unsanctioned auto racing on public roads shall be charged with Street Racing.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a misdemeanor should they be guilty/charged for Street Racing, and shall spend no less than two-hundred seconds to no more than five-hundred seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Street Racing.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Street Racing’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 49. Any individual who uses a firearm or weapon for recreational purposes shall be charged with Misuse of Recreational Use.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a misdemeanor should they be guilty/charged for Misuse of Recreational Use, and shall spend no less than three-hundred seconds to no more than six-hundred seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Misuse of Recreational Use

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Misuse of Recreational Use’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 50. Any individual who interrupts the court process in hopes of stopping it for beneficial reasons to themselves or another, or failing to appear in court when a sufficient amount of time is given to both parties in which both are present shall be charged with Contempt of Court.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a misdemeanor should they be guilty/charged for Contempt of Court, and shall spend no less than two-hundred seconds to no more than five-hundred seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone Courts shall uphold the duty of taking care of all contempt of court incidents.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Contempt of Court’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 51. Any individual who aids or participates in the act of shipping any sort of resource illegally that is not weaponry or another individual’s life shall be charged with Smuggling.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a misdemeanor should they be guilty/charged for Smuggling, and shall spend no less than two-hundred seconds to no more than five-hundred seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Smuggling.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Smuggling’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 52. Any individual who aids or participates in the act of entering a government’s water area without authorization from that said government shall be charged with Unauthorized Entry.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a misdemeanor should they be guilty/charged for Unauthorized Entry, and shall spend no less than three-hundred seconds to no more than six-hundred seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Unauthorized Entry.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Unauthorized Entry’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 53. Any individual who sails in the waters deemed to be off limits to civilians by the government shall be charged with Sailing in Unauthorized Areas.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a misdemeanor should they be guilty/charged for Sailing in Unauthorized Areas, and shall spend no less than two-hundred seconds to no more than four-hundred seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Sailing in Unauthorized Areas.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Sailing in Unauthorized Areas’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 54. Any individual who fishes in areas (both land and water) that are deemed off-limits by the government shall be charged with Fishing in Unauthorized Areas.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a misdemeanor should they be guilty/charged for Fishing in Unauthorized Areas, and shall receive a citation less than two-hundred dollars to no more than four-hundred dollars.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Fishing in Unauthorized Areas.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Fishing in Unauthorized Areas’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 55. Any individual who smuggles robloxian life on board any sort of vessel shall be charged with Human Trafficking.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a felony should they be guilty/charged for Human Trafficking, and shall spend no less than six-hundred seconds to no more than eight-hundred seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Human Trafficking.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Human Trafficking’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 56. Any individual who boards a vessel and takes the crew of the vessel hostage shall be charged with Maritime Piracy.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a felony should they be guilty/charged for Maritime Piracy, and shall spend no less than seven-hundred seconds to no more than eight-hundred seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Maritime Piracy.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Maritime Piracy’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 57. Any individual who forges or fraudulently alters any document, record, or piece of evidence shall be charged with Evidence Tampering.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a felony should they be guilty/charged for Evidence Tampering, and shall spend no less than five-hundred seconds to no more than seven-hundred seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Evidence Tampering.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Evidence Tampering’ are hereby declared null and void.

Criminal Code 58. Any law enforcement officer who is accused and guilty of arresting an individual without probable cause and/or evidence for a crime that an individual may not have even committed shall be charged with False Arrest.

a) All law enforcements officers shall be charged with a misdemeanor should they be accused and found guilty of falsely arresting any individual. All law enforcement officers found guilty of false arrest shall spend no less or no more than two hours in prison.

b) The Firestone Courts shall uphold the duty of taking care of all cases related to false arrest.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘False Arrest’ are hereby declared null and void.

Section Three: Crimes and Punishments Part Two: (Traffic Code) [Traffic Codes: 59-85]

Traffic Code 59. Any individual who is stopped by a law enforcement officer and fails to provide identification shall he charged with Failure to Provide Identification. In order for an officer to have the right to ask for identification from an individual is to have probable cause of that individual committing a crime.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a misdemeanor should they be charged for Failure to Provide Identification, and shall spend no less than two-hundred seconds to no more than three-hundred seconds in prison.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Failure to Provide Identification.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Failure to Provide Identification’ are hereby declared null and void.

Traffic Code 60. Drivers will have the ability to turn right on a red light unless if there is a red arrow in the direction a driver wishes to turn, or a sign that disallows the said action. Drivers shall be mandated to stop at any red light for a minimum of three seconds before turning right onto the new road. Any individual using a vehicle that drives through an intersection, road, street, turns right on red without stopping, etc, when a red light appears on a traffic light shall be charged with Running a Red Light.

a) All individuals shall be charged with a misdemeanor should they be charged for Running a Red Light. Law enforcement officers will have the option of giving a verbal warning or issuing a citation that shall be no less than sixty dollars to no more than one-hundred dollars.

b) The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Corrections shall uphold the duty of enforcing the law against the crime of Running a Red Light.

c) All laws/legislation that go in conflict with the charge of ‘Running a Red Light’ are hereby declared null and void.
