A Bill to Redefine Street Racing

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: “A Bill to Redefine Street Racing” shall be established.

SECTION 2: Street Racing shall now be defined as; “A form of illegal driving which takes place on public roads in which two or more vehicles compete to see who is the fastest while breaking road laws in the process.”

SECTION 3: Street Racing shall be considered a misdemeanor.

SECTION 3A: Any person who commits the act of street racing shall be arrested.

SECTION 3B: "Street racing" shall only be considered legal if the race is approved by the Firestone Department of Transportation administration and takes place on a road with no other vehicles or people on the road.

SECTION 4: Any Law Enforcement Agency with the power to cite shall enforce this legislation.

SECTION 5: “A Bill to Make Street Racing Illegal” shall be defined as; A Bill to Make Street Racing Illegal

SECTION 6: Upon passage from the State of Firestone Congress this legislation shall go into effect immediately.
