An Amendment to ‘A Bill to Redefine Street Racing’

Preamble: This amendment is to establish a proper jail time for the charge of street racing.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS* HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: ‘A Bill to Redefine Street Racing’ shall be amended.

SECTION 1B: ‘A Bill to Redefine Street Racing’ shall be defined as

A Bill to Redefine Street Racing (Revised)

A Bill to Redefine Street Racing BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT: SECTION 1: “A Bill to Redefine Street Racing” shall be established. SECTION 2: Street Racing shall now be defined as; “A form of illegal driving which takes place on public roads in which two or more vehicles compete to see who is the fastest while breaking road laws in the process.” SECTION 3: Street Racing shall be considered a misdemeanor. SECTION 3A: Any person who commits the act of s…

SECTION 2: Section 3A currently states: Any person who commits the act of street racing shall be arrested.

SECTION 2B: Section 3A shall now state: Any person who commits the act of street racing shall be arrested. They shall be incarcerated for a minimum of 120 seconds and no more than 240 seconds.

SECTION 4: Upon passage from the State of Firestone Congress this legislation shall go into effect immediately.
