A Bill to Make Street Racing Illegal
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: This legislation would make the act of “Street Racing” illegal, and hereby punishable in the court of law.
1A. Only Scheduled races approved by FDOT with assigned roads to race on shall be legal.
SECTION 2: Street racing shall be defined as “ a form of unsanctioned auto racing which takes place on public roads.”
SECTION 3: The Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office and the Firestone State Patrol shall enforce this legislation.
A. The Firestone State Patrol may not enforce out of their jurisdiction.
B. The Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office may not enforce out of their jurisdiction.
SECTION 4: Upon passage from the State of Firestone Congress this legislation shall go into effect immediately.
SECTION 5: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
