Expulsion of Representative Tor_Laws

PREAMBLE: This expulsion falls under the recommendation of the Congressional Government Oversight Committee.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1a. “Tor_Laws” shall be recognized as the following user:

SECTION 1b. Representative Tor_Laws shall be hereby expelled from the House of Representatives and relieved of all duties in relation to the House chamber.

SECTION 2. The reasons for this expulsion are as follows:

  • Failure to comply (x1), in violation of A Bill to Amend “A Bill to Recognize the Act of Failing to Comply,” Section 2B
  • Resisting arrest (x1), in violation of A Bill to Redefine Evasion and Establish Resisting Arrest, Section 2C
  • Contempt of Congress (x1), in violation of The Oversight Continuance Act of 2019, Section 9

SECTION 3. Evidence for the aforementioned charges is as follows:

SECTION 4a. “A Bill to Amend ‘A Bill to Recognize the Act of Failing to Comply’” shall be recognized as the following legislation:

SECTION 4b. “A Bill to Redefine Evasion and Establish Resisting Arrest” shall be recognized as the following legislation:
