A Bill to Amend A Bill to Fix the Impersonation Law
Preamble: This legislation is being proposed due to the number of false calls and the bad repetition given to the POST Academy from these cadet impersonators. According to Director MaximusGXL, …“it’s [impersonation of POST Cadets] beginning to happen so frequently to the point where I can find multiple dms and reports about it per day. It also puts a bad look on the academy, as many are deceived”(MaximusGXL).
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: A Bill to Fix the Impersonation Law shall be amended.
SECTION 1B: A Bill to Fix the Impersonation Law shall be defined as A Bill to Fix the Impersonation Law V2 .
SECTION 2: Section 8 shall now be created and state; Impersonating a training academy cadet or employee shall be deemed illegal.
SECTION 3: Section 8B shall now be created and state; Impersonating a training academy cadet or employee shall be defined as; wearing the uniform of a training academy or attempting to act in the capacity thereof while not being in that academy or holding the proper rank to do so (i.e. Successfully Enrolled+). It shall be considered a misdemeanor.
SECTION 4: Upon passage from both chambers of Congress and signed by Governor, this legislation shall go into effect immediately.
