A Bill to Amend “A Bill to Finalize Employment Regulations”
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: “A Bill to Finalize Employment Regulations” is defined as
SECTION 2: Section 3 of “A Bill to Finalize Employment Regulations” currently states:
"A primary department shall be defined as any of the following departments
Firestone State Patrol
Firestone Department of Homeland Security
Firestone State Legislature
Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office
Stapleton County Fire Department
Firestone Bureau of Investigation
Any state/county emergency services department or agency that may be created and approved in the future."
SECTION 3: Section 3 shall be voided and now state:
"A primary department shall be defined as any of the following departments:
Firestone State Patrol
Firestone Department of Homeland Security
Firestone State Legislature
Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office
Stapleton County Fire Department; the rank of Senior Firefighter+ shall be considered primary.
Any state/county emergency services department or agency that may be created and approved in the future."
SECTION 4: Section 4 of “A Bill to Finalize Employment Regulations” currently states:
"A secondary department shall be defined as any of the following departments:
Department of Health
Department of Transportation
Department of Public Works
Department of Commerce
Department of Corrections
The Stapleton County Government
Department of State
Department of Justice
Department of Public Safety"
SECTION 5: Section 4 shall be voided and now state:
"A secondary department shall be defined as any of the following departments:
Department of Health
Department of Transportation
Department of Public Works
Department of Commerce
Department of Corrections
The Stapleton County Government
Stapleton County Fire Department; only the ranks paramedic and lower shall be considered secondary.
Department of State
Department of Justice
Department of Public Safety"
SECTION 6 :This legislation shall go into effect immediately after passage from both chambers of congress
