Continuing my rant about the legal system…

So today, my DD fired an Instructor who made JI’s do laps and unreasonable punishment for no great reason. This was a violation of the POST Command Chain and conduct. He isn’t a Head Instructor. This was not his first offense.

Now he’s suing cel. This is the problems we department heads are facing. You have people like him who are using loopholes in the law to gain their positions back.

I’d also like to point out that he was notified of his termination and his claims are complete bullshit.

Now, Mr. superchris,

PLEASE DO NOT accept the case. The evidence in the case literally proves the reason for his termination was made clear to him. You are just making this problem worse by accepting.

he didn’t accept the case.

he moved it to pending, like ALL civil cases with ANY reasonable grounds. thats how it works.

this is why I hate cyber.
he honestly causes stupid shit to happen, he’s always toxic on the forums. and is also toxic on roblox. he’s like a mini officer Jordan, exploiting the law so he can get his ways back. he just wants a lego rank so he can abuse cadets.

A department has every right to terminate or fire any individual in their department for any reason.
