okay so, I spawned in and as soon as I did I found DHS aiming a taser at me, and he then cuffed me for my warrant, this is actual bullshit because i just spawned into the game, you would think DHS would have more dignity than that, most of the time DHS is actually chill and likes to RP, yeah fuck you new agent.

I believe warrants should be made into a one time arrest, and they stay in jail until their court case, or bail out and they would be free until their court case. If the person with a warrant does a crime while in bail they will stay in jail again until their court case without bail

Also warrants should require a court case within 14 days of the warrant

IMO whenever im about to arrest someone for a warrant, chances are I’ve arrested them three times before, so I’m like
“Listen man, you got a warrant, just, step out of the car, ok? I know who you are, we’ve done this before, just step out, ok?”
I like to have fun with it,
I usually dont just run for warrants either. If someone has a warrant, and their being chill, I’ll just walk past them. If they help us out during a scene, I’ll let them go. If they start being an idiot n stuff, then yes, I’ll arrest them for their warrant then.
