This post is designated to help show the reality of the toxicity and corruption of Stapleton County Fire Department Chief mrzip, his members, DPS Secertary ftlicious, Co-Founder GetEnveloped, and County Executive markehabashi.
For those of you who may not know an incident occurred a few days ago with Stapleton County Fire Department Firefighter Allylovesdogs101. Since no one ever actually tried to get the real story behind any of it I will gladly explain the situation.
Firefighter Allylovesdogs101 was responding emergent to a call at the Car Dealership in Stapleton County Fire Department Tower 23. Once Firefighter Allylovesdogs101 had come to a complete stop at the stop light directly in front of the Car Dealership I went around Firefighter Allylovesdogs101 rig and stopped in the front of Tower 23. Before my vehicle was even in front of Stapleton County Fire Department Tower 23 Firefighter Allylovesdogs101 had already exited the rig and began to run the call as usual. Seeing as Firefighter Allylovesdogs101 wasn’t tending to any patient or scene I approached Firefighter Allylovesdogs101 to ask a question. I asked the simple question of what the difference between a myocardial infarction and cardiopulmonary arrest was. Both of these medical terms are both taught at a BLS level therefore Firefighter Allylovesdogs101 who holds a EMT-B certification should have been able to swiftly answer this question without incident. Instead the Firefighter refused to answer the question repeatedly saying “MOVE” and other variants. Firefighter Allylovesdogs101 was never descriptive once in saying what to move, but only simply said “MOVE”. I assumed she meant move my person, but I was not physically in the Firefighters way so I ignored them. I continued to try and ask the Firefighter the simple question, but then the Firefighter decided to use OC spray on me, and drop my health close to 25%. When properly used OC spray shouldn’t drop your health that much. The amount of OC spray was more than excessive in this case.
Now without further explanation this incident may seem like a normal incident with little to no problem, but if you look at the reality of it there were several problems. As stated by the Stapleton County Fire Department Chief mrzip the Stapleton County Fire Department OC policy reads
"Part 5: OC Spray Certification and Protocol
Whilst on duty within the fire department, you will have a pepper spray.
Proper use of pepper spray is as follows:

Give the first warning, making sure the person knows you are talking to them. “Hey, YOU! Back off or be sprayed!”

Give a second warning, Yell at them, and directly address them by name or description. “HEY, YOU! BLACK SHIRT! BACK OFF OR BE SPRAYED!”

Pull Pepper Spray and count to 3. “YOU’RE GOING TO SPRAYED IN 3!” “2!” “1!” “PEPPER!” “SPRAYING
They are allowed to not give a warning if they are in danger”

Now after reading this you may understand now that Firefighter Allylovesdogs101 never addressed me directly, or attempted to dictate that she was speaking to me as the Stapleton County Fire Department states. Nor did she ever give any direct warnings, or did any type of countdown. You can also see that she was in no danger what so ever; therefore, there was no need to not follow with their textbook policy and skip protocol.
Now some illiterates may be saying that I was “obstructing the fire department” such as GetEnveloped. This is where he comes into play. After I had filed the DPS case for review by DPS he posted this document (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1EdNvMdkhr1dVEhZ8sWT7mI7V_5BYwnPY/view) outlining the incident and where his personal beliefs stand. I will put on a side not that there have been many other cases of Stapleton County Fire Department of falsely disciplining people (such as this case - https://trello.com/c/Lz3yKqz4/2610-salvatorrebloxx), yet GetEnveloped never took a look at it. So is there favoritism involved here? Is there start of corruption of someone who is in a higher status in this group? Back to the main topic though- I have no problem with him stating his personal beliefs, and he is very well entitled to them. The problem occurs when he can’t even properly read a law.

The section I will be citing from is Section 1B. This section states the following -
“SECTION 1B: Section 2 of “Recognizing Crimes Against the Fire Department” shall now state:
Obstruction against the Fire Department shall be defined as: “The act of causing mischief around Fire Department personnel, and committing any sort of distress to Fire Department personnel.” The charge of Obstruction against the Fire Department shall be both a misdemeanor and a felony. First offense of Obstruction against the Fire Department shall be a arrestable offense (misdemeanor), and the set Jail time shall be no less than fifty (50) seconds and no more than 120 seconds. The second or more offense shall be considered a felony, with Jail time set to no less than 100 seconds and no more than 150 seconds.”
As can be clearly stated in all evidence that can be found anywhere, I wasn’t committing mischief, or committing distress to Fire Department personnel. Since as of what I can find mischief is not legally defined i will use the site Dictionary.com to define it which is a well known and widely sued source. As can be seen throughout the incident no annoyance was intended, yet I was simply trying to ask a question to a person that should have the certifications to know. In this incident though the individual highly lacked on the knowledge that they should have had.
Now this has mainly covered the incident, but I will be covering why I had mentioned the other users in my opening.
For anyone who can take a clear look at SCFD Fire Chief mrzip has violated multiple DPS directives, yet no action has been taken on him so I will bring it to the public eye for everyone to be able to see.

Reason - Obviously not staying nonpartisan / Is obviously favoring SCFD - Which it clearly states there that this can lead to a DPS PSB, so I ask why isnt there one when he is clearly violating this directive?

Reason - As you can see there has been no organized promotion sequences - I would also like to make note of how SCFD Chief mrzip fails to finish all department guidelines as you can see several are incomplete / not even started. How long has he had to complete this yet fails to?
The reason I had mentioned County Executive markehabashi is due to his lack of properly addressing this after a valid report was made. Proof can be found below:
As can be seen there was no further response, and from a public eye there was never any action taken on the individual.
I would also like to not that it has been stated before by the former SCFD Assistant Chief that County Executive markehabashi highly favorites SCFD Chief mrzip (http://prntscr.com/oblpyr), and this can also be seen very publicly.
Another instance I will mention is the corruption of SCFD Chief mrzip. He simply fired someone over what can almost be seen as a power struggle (http://prntscr.com/oblqm5). This is simply unethical and department heads should be able to get along with their high command members and not fire them over a simple power struggle. I will also note that there was no SCFD policy violated.
Lastly I will bring up DPS Secertary ftlicious. This user has been seen to slowly start becoming more corrupt and abusing his power. On the DPS trello board you can track cases (https://trello.com/b/LUObEaGP/dps-investigations-squad). On there you can also view users who are banned from submitting cases. As you can see this card (https://trello.com/c/gstBfSAV/742-121807568) is my user ID. As you can look at all cards on that board nothing I ever submitted violated any DPS policy, nor was anything i said inappropriate or anything of that sorts. There is also no reason stated with it, so it leads me, and others to believe this was done out of influence by Co-Founder GetEnveloped, SCFD Chief mrzip, and possibly others. So I will simply ask the community of why we have someone in a cabinet position that is showing clear bias.
The original case that was filed on the Firefighter is this case (https://trello.com/c/I7sSuCHH/741-deniedsettings121807568). Now the reasoning that the case was declined is that there are no laws dictating OC usage, yet there are SCFD guidelines on the usage of it. As can be clearly seen this case was never investigated, nor were any attempts made to attempt to investigate it. I also ask why this case was only handled by someone who was showing clear bias? Does he not have staff that is suppose to handle investigations?
So through all of this I would like to simple ask the community - Why are we supporting this corruption, and why are we allowing this to continue. This post was designated to show the community this ongoing corruption and in hopes the community can come together to see the toxicity of these users- especially the Stapleton County Fire Chief mrzip who has for far to long violated multiple things.
