So I was thinking about the state of the Supreme Court and thought about what would happen if we only had one CCJ or AJSC. Ultimately that one person would have a whole branch to themselves and could single handedly in theory have all of the courts power. This is concerning to me as a citizen as less and less people go towards being judges and maturing to Supreme Court Justices. I was just wondering what others thought about this and if any changes need to be made in order to prevent a one side…
