This will never function. At our current rate with just 55 person servers with like 8 LEOs each, tens of arrests get made hourly. Bump that up to even larger servers with more LEOs, that goes drastically. By the end of the day there would be thousands of arrests. We don’t, nor will ever have, enough people who want to be judges and are competent to handle that. The max judges we’ve ever had in state history was low ten. What you’re asking would take the size of a real life judicial district. And believe it or not, most 15 year olds don’t like court RP because it’s hard, time consuming, and not flashy. Then the next day comes and it’s a thousand more. Furthermore, how is this logistically supposed to work? Out of those thousands of arrests, court processes Constitutionally can’t occur without proof. Maybe a 10th of those will have feasible proof, but then that’s still a hundred trials. We don’t nor will ever have enough lawyers, judges, prosecutors, to handle that. Nothing short of clicking accept all on the courts group and ranking everyone to judge will make this function.

Firestone Department of Justice and the Courts will have access to view all arrests/citations done during the day to review charges and background of those charges, and can proceed to organize court sessions. They will have special GUI’s which will allow them to push a notification or message to the person charged to proceed with the process.

FDHS will also over time receive a new division, TSA for the airport. The Airport will be a sub-game of V3 and isn’t expected for several months after the V3 full release, expect details when that time comes.

The whole “prosecuting every single arrest” thing is both physically impossible and worthless.

• The courts are struggling to even handle 20 criminal cases per month right now. A single court case can span across three months. The DOJ prosecuting EVERY arrest would be hundreds of cases per DAY. We can’t handle that workload, and the criminals aren’t exactly going to co-operate either to make it happen – it’s already hard enough to get the criminals to co-operate in court RP.

• Even the select cases which do get prosecuted don’t always have enough evidence to get a conviction. The vast majority of arrests do not have nearly enough evidence for conviction. Probable cause is a severely lower standard than beyond a reasonable doubt.

Trying to force us to do this would literally just kill the legal community. I have stated that I will resign if it is forced upon us, and countless others have said the same. We can barely handle what we have now, so please stop trying to axe murder my branch as well as the Department of Justice and private attorneys some more. You’re just hurting the community.

Cool, but you also have to consider that judges and justices have to be competent for this position. The Chief Justice, in my opinion, is pretty selective when it comes to recommending individuals for any judicial position, only a handful of people are qualified. Having this position secondary, while it might provide some ease to those deciding on which occupations to give up, doesn’t guarantee success. Many people remember when the Judicial Branch had more judges and justices, yet there were still errors in procedure and rulings that caused appeals, which then caused an influx in caseload for the Supreme Court. Having more competent judicial officials can prevent these unnecessary appeals and, depending on their flexibility and attentiveness, suffice the court’s caseload.

Basically, quality over quantity.

If one subgroup of this group falls into chaos then the rest of the group will be adversely affected. Therefore, I suggest that this wonderful group not push away Jefrafra, Skye_Jones, DannyboyLaw, UprisingAmerican, and others.

Please look into their views and try to accommodate their needs into your plans (the last thing this group needs is to lack a legal system or heck any subgroup because then we would be just like Mayo or whatever the latest “go be a cop for free” game is) - @fed.

Will there be data resets in V3 alpha and beta just like in V2?

From what you say, FBI is a “detective” department, will FBI build ontop of the current duties of IO in V2?

Could you explain how the sub-game works? Does it tp you to the game, or will it work like V2 interiors do where you load in the interior and anything outside isn’t loaded as much?

Will the prices of FS cash in V2 move over to V3? Or will 100k fs cash be cheaper?
