So when only two judges can take a case anyway due to COI, does that not put us back right where we started?
While I do hope the law school will improve things, FS isn’t designed like MF nor is its legal system exactly similar. MF’s legal system has better development namely. MF was also designed that way from the beginning. They also use hundreds of years of pre-established common law, FS only follows its own. A lot of the issue rests with the fact that our average age group is noticeably younger than MF. From what I’ve observed, MF has a more upper teens and college aged group in both control of the group itself and the general governance at large. Our average age is like 15. To put that in perspective, a 15 year old is likely just attending a US history class in high school. They don’t have a comprehensive enough civics education to even understand the system, yet alone be amused by it. The judicial side of any state like FS or MF is generally considered boring by the group at large because there is no fun shoot outs, chases, etc. It’s rhetoric, argumentation, and paperwork (which is why you’ll notice our legal community is generally older than the LEO or criminal communities, myself, Jef, and Skye being three of the most known. Skye is 18 now, getting ready for college I think. Jef is almost 18 and also prepping. I’m the youngest of the three at an early 17, turning 18 in December). Make it secondary, throw in a law school, but you can’t easily correct this main issue because you’d have to either start booting people en mass, or complexifying things to the point it forces the younger members out.
why does this post look like you just copied from a conversation with FS developers, spitballing ideas
So would all CFL blacklists be removed?
What will be the approximate server limit of players?
Sir, I’d recommend you set house prices at 140-200k and apartments should be 70-100k . 500k is too much. For 100k FS cash, it is 5,000 robux. so a house would be 25,000 robux. Our current in-game budget is too low to earn 500k. Even with a good job. I’ve been doing crime since summer of 2018, and most cash I’ve reached is 200k MAX. nobody would own a house unless they got cash to toss @FedoraMasterB98 we either need a budget raise, or the above
Pay rates will probably end up changing
So Firestone isn’t doing anything based off of Mayflower, and quite frankly I don’t care about how Mayflower does things.
This was all typed by me in a 1 hour span.
Everything will need to be redone yes.
Prices are based off of irl typical prices and location/size of home in the map.
Will private business owners have a place to request specific things essential to their job/purpose in-county, etc?
Yes they will.
I see. Well that’s that. it would be nice if we could have a cheaper community of houses for the more poor citizens, very small houses that are like 250k. but thx for responding to all these replies
He’s pointing out huge flaws as a respected member of the legal community and that’s what you take away from it…
@FedoraMasterB98 Submitting some questions for my bud Lego, here are some questions:
-Will private businesses get dev support?
-Will we be able to go on any team in v3 in alpha/beta?
-Does the department of commerce get anything?
-Is FBI primary?
Private businesses will get build support and minimal scripting support.
Teams will be group locked.
Commerce will have new things in the county, to be announced later on.
FBI is Primary.
can you extend on the whole thing about DOJ prosecuting arrests/whatever your point was
Thank you!
Will there be a GUI where you can grab the suspect your arresting and putting them in your car. Or will it just be just cuffs. Will there be a booking system when you go to a police station to arrest someone.
There will be.
