more civilian jobs other than postal, g&c and businesses. simple? idk, but activity isnt gonna boost off of a simple update. most simple updates are relevant for maybe 2 days.
fishing (literally just catch fish, take it back to a dock, get money), this would also give boats more of a civilian use
park addition with hunting. similar to aigio, youll need a hunting license, firearms license, and a knife. shoot a deer, rabbit, whatever, skin it, and take it to a buyer. maybe even crossbows.
with the addition of a park, maybe start transferring dobw into parks. this way, it gives dobw something to actually do. maybe have temporary volunteer rangers, similar to how fdoc has non-leo correctional officers, for those who dont already have a post cert
door dash, similar to fort loredo, call it like firemeals or something idk

allow criminals to do arson using matches so we can have fire investigations or just do in game dev events so we can actually rp more than just the same arbor house fire
Drastically increase the cost of gas it will cause chaos and a rush for money and increase game activity in order to acquire a basic need for your vehicle.
An idea to spark activity could be to maybe give more reasons for people to join businesses and earn money.
You could maybe give a purpose for houses that give people a reason to buy them. Crims could also use them to hide and then some agency can have a tool to “FBI Open Up” a house iykyk
Also FS could have a feature to customize appearance ingame, then people can earn money to buy clothing and people could buy clothing or get hair cuts in game for money.
That would spark up interest for jobs and give a reason for people to earn money.

this isnt really an update but more weather emergencies like tornados or blizzards would spark up more activity for a bit and would give departments smth to do
also more construction projects and a map expansion, you could add a state park or more farm land or maybe a new small town.
this is a good idea. a state park would give some leisure/fun people can do and maybe smth can be in the park for criminals to go to. it could be similar to Aigio’s national park, hunting could also be a thing. this would let parks finally get added as well
