Prisoners Rights Nullification Act
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: The following piece of legislation shall be declared null & void:
SECTION 2: Should any part of this legislation be constructed by any judicial body of this state to be unconstitutional and declared unenforceable then that part shall be severed with the rest of the act remaining in full force and effect.
SECTION 3: This legislation shall be brought into law, given that it follows the procedures to do so, as outlined by the Constitution.
