THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF FIRESTONE DOES NOW HEREBY ESTABLISH:
Section 1: This act shall be regarded as the “Permit to Tow Act” (‘PTA’) and shall take full effect immediately upon taking effect into law.
Section 2: Should any clause, or subclause, of this act be constructed by any judicial body to be unconstitutional and subsequently barred from enforcement by said judicial body then any section not so judged as to be unconstitutional shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3: Employees of the Department of Boating and Waterways shall be permitted to move any watercraft by tow which maintains a presence in any area defined as “Trespassing” by Chapter 3 § 8(b) of the Firestone Criminal Code to such an area to where the watercraft is no longer maintaining a presence in any area defined as “Trespassing” by Chapter 3 § 8(b) of the Firestone Criminal Code.
Furthermore, any Employees of the Department of Boating and Waterways shall be permitted to move by tow any watercraft which shall obstruct the normal traversing of any liquid, aqueous solution, or other similar body until such a watercraft no longer obstructs the normal traversing of any liquid, aqueous solution, or other similar body.
Section 4: When Employees of the Department of Boating and Waterways are moving any watercraft, pursuant to section 3 of this act, such a watercraft shall be regarded by law as being considered to have been permitted to have been moved by the lawful owner of the watercraft.

Any LEO may demand - and any Employees of the Department of Boating and Waterways shall obey such a lawful demand - to cease any movement of any watercraft transported by any Employees of the Department of Boating and Waterways upon that LEO having probable cause that the watercraft was involved in a criminal offense in some form or fashion and that the watercraft is necessary for the continued investigation of that criminal offense.

Any Employees of the Department of Boating and Waterways who shall, in the act of moving a watercraft pursuant to section 3 of this act, be notified by the lawful owner of the watercraft that he/she wishes that such movement cease then the Employees of the Department of Boating and Waterways shall immediately oblige.

Employees of the Department of Boating and Waterways shall be free from prosecution and arrest for any offences under Chapter 3 § 2, 6, 8, and 9 of the Firestone Criminal Code whilst executing this act.
Section 5: Any Employees of the Department of Boating and Waterways may be directed by any LEO to move, via tow, any watercraft.
- Any watercraft moved under this section shall have been regarded to have been seized by the LEO directing the movement by any Employees of the Department of Boating and Waterways. Any such movement under this section shall occur to the times, places, and locations prescribed by the LEO seizing the watercraft.
Section 6: Definitions;
- Hereinafter the word ‘watercraft’ shall refer to any craft which is designed to be operated solely on any liquid, aqueous solution, or other similar body.
- Hereinafter the words ‘Employees of the Department of Boating and Waterways’ shall refer to any person maintaining membership in this group maintained on the site owned by ROBLOX, Inc.: Firestone Department of Boating and Waterways - Roblox
