A Bill to make the wording more legislatively mature


IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE STATE OF FIRESTONE

Mr. Funpark22(for himself) introduced the following bill:


A HOUSE BILL

To make the wording more legislatively mature


         Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE

    This Act may be cited as the “Wording Correction Act”.


SEC 2. ENACTMENT

    (a) This legislation shall go into effect upon the completion of the constitutionally required processes.


SEC 3. SEVERABILITY

    (a) Should any part of this Legislation be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.


SEC 4. ENFORCEMENT

    (a) This Act shall be enforced by all relevant parties

SEC 5. DEFINITIONS

    (a) For the purposes of this Bill, ‘Permit to Tow Act’ shall be defined as: Permit to Tow Act


SEC 6. REPEALMENTS

    (a) This Act makes no repealments.


SEC 7. AMENDMENTS

    (a) Section 4, Sub Section 3 of Permit to Tow Act shall be amended.

         (i) Section 4, Sub Section 3 of Permit to Tow Act currently states: “Employees of the Department of Boating and Waterways shall be free from prosecution and arrest for any offences under Chapter 3 § 2, 6, 8, and 9 of the Firestone Criminal Code whilst executing this act.”

         (ii) Section 4, Sub Section 3 of Permit to Tow Act shall be amended to state: “Employees of the Department of Boating and Waterways shall be immune from prosecution and arrest for any offences under Chapter 3 § 2, 6, 8, and 9 of the Firestone Criminal Code whilst executing this act.”
