1. Most of you don’t realize, that there are no intentions to update v2 anymore, as all the developers are working on v3. The only updates to v2 were to be for bug fixes, etc.

2. The reason these little updates are occurring, is due to the time v3 is taking to be completed. There’s no reason to add all of these fancy updates for departments, if v3 is around the corner. V2 has been open for over 3 years; waiting until now would make little to no sense to add such things. You’ve waited this long until v3, so you mise-well just wait until it releases and get what you want then.

3. People complaining about new teams being added to v2 is kind of annoying. It’s been 3 years since v2 has been released. Developers are working on v3, and have no intentions of updating v2 due to this. We’re all trying to get v3 released, so theres no real point in adding anything else to v2, as it’s already been 3 years.

4. Stop bashing fed! He’s only adding small things to v2 to keep people playing. Other than that, v2 isn’t supposed to be updated. If you want v3, let the developers work on v3. And to those who want to say, “not having these teams is what’s bringing down the player count” is actually far from being true. The departments that people want teams for are secondary departments, in-which people still have other jobs, that they’ll play on in the county.

This is all coming from me, and not the development team. You guys will see more functionality in v3. v3 is being worked on; relax.

What I am concerned about is lack of development support for departments and businesses within V3. I haven’t seen anything on the development trello for DOBW or DOCM. Commerce was promised a billboard system but I haven’t seen that on the Trello. DOBW would like to have a boat but I don’t see that on the Trello. Even if it isn’t the highest priority, I would still greatly appreciate it if it was added to the Trello so it isn’t forgotten. Everyone is saying the devs are working on V3 but I am worried that DOBW won’t even have a team in V3 so there isn’t much for us to really look forward towards as we at least have a building in V2, no signs of a building in V3 from what I have seen so far.

I don’t think people are shaming businesses, but they’re disappointed that businesses that have been around for lesser periods of time have received more support in a few months than departments, which have been around for years, have received in their entire existence. On top of that, numerous departments have been complaining about bugs and problems that prevent them from working.

Again, no one is shaming businesses. Congrats to those who got in-game assets. Just disappointed that businesses, across the board, are being prioritized over departments that have been active for years and fail to be recognised/rewarded.

Second; not all departments are on the development board. That thing is not even updated, and does not contain all of whats going to be in v3.

The problem isn’t private businesses getting development, its is when they receive greater support within a shorter amount of time compared to a department that has been around for years since V1.
