Contracts Act of 2019
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: A Bill to Recognize Contracts shall be declared null and void in its entirety.
SECTION 2: Two or more parties, when seeking to enter an agreement and have such agreement be legally binding, may create a Contract.
SECTION 2A: A Contract shall be a legally binding agreement between parties.
SECTION 2B: A Contract may only be binding under the following circumstances-

The Contract must be agreed upon by both parties entering the agreement. This must be able to be proven in a Court of law, as prescribed by other legislation. Such agreement must be consensual and the subjects agreeing must not be under duress.

The Contract must not relieve anyone of their rights as prescribed by the Constitution

The Contract must not require any party to engage in activities that are illegal under Firestone Law
SECTION 2C: Contracts may also exist as informal agreements. If a party promises or offers a reward for certain behaviour, a Contract shall exist, and shall be subject to the statutes of this Act.
SECTION 3: A Contract that is determined to be valid by this Act may be enforceable in a Court of Law. Should a party fail to abide by the terms set by a Contract, a Court may order that the terms of the Contract be honored.
SECTION 4: Should any provision of this legislation be found to be unconstitutional and struck down, the rest shall retain amiability. This legislation shall go into immediate effect after meeting Constitutional legislation requirements.
