BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
AN AMENDMENT TO REPAIR PRISONER IMPERSONATION
SECTION I: The legislation being amended is: A Bill to Prevent the Impersonation of a Prisoner
SECTION II: Section 2B of that legislation currently states: “Impersonating a prisoner shall be defined as wearing a Firestone inmate jumpsuit, that is the color of orange.”
SECTION III: Section 2B of that legislation shall now be amended to state: “Impersonation of a Prisoner shall be defined as the act of wearing apparel that is to resemble the standard issued orange jumpsuit given to prisoners within the custody of the Firestone Department of Corrections or wearing the exact apparel worn by them with the intention of either misleading law enforcement into believing that you committed jailbreak (broke out of the state penitentiary) or just to generally mimic/create the belief that you are actually currently imprisoned just not within the confines of an ordinary jail cell.”
SECTION IV: Section 2C of that legislation shall be declared null and void.
SECTION V: Section 2D of that legislation currently states: “Upon second violation and further violations, the suspect shall be sentenced to a fine of no less than $150 and no greater than $300 and/or receive no less than 400 seconds and no greater than 600 seconds in prison. The second violation and further violations shall be considered a felony.”
SECTION VI: Section 2D of that legislation shall be amended to state: "Upon first violation and further violations, the suspect shall be sentenced no less than 400 seconds and no greater than 600 seconds in prison. This is a felonious offense."
SECTION VII: Section 5 of that legislation shall be declared null and void.
SECTION VIII: This legislation, upon passage within both chambers and met with the official signature of the incumbent State of Firestone Governor, will take effect immediately.
