An Amendment to Protect Our Governance

BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

Section I: Article VII of the State Constitution shall be repealed in its entirety.
Section IA: Article VIII shall remain Article VIII and shall not be subtracted down one article number to fill the spot left by the repeal of Article VII.

Section II: Should there be any left, all parties recognized by the state shall be unrecognized.

Section III: The state shall be forbidden from officially recognizing, supporting, or otherwise granting benefit to any political party or similar entity through any powers or authorities of the state.

Section IV: Nothing in this act shall be construed to limit the right of the people to assemble or express their opinion, but to simply restrict the state in all its forms from using its authorities for partisan organizations.

Section V: This act shall be enforced by the Courts as necessary in regards to Section III of this act.

Section VI: This act shall go into immediate effect upon passing the Constitutionally required processes to do so.
